It’s hard to contact number like customer service only go by via email when it’s urgent only email need to wait for few weeks to reply.

Still trusted over the years

Seamless device swap. Been using Circular since 2022 i think, and the subscribing to changing devices over the years has been constant, without hiccups. If I could suggest something, maybe for long time customers, maybe can introduce a one-time reward if they hit a certain milestone over the years.

It was garbage

It was garbage. It broke immediately and I filed a support issue (I bought insurance!) They didn't respond for months and then when they did it was like "respond in 24 hours, oh you didn't case closed."

Just to clarify: we don’t have a “24-hour to respond” policy. If you received a message suggesting urgency and weren’t able to reply in time, we understand how that might have felt abrupt. That said, we’re committed to reviewing any communication breakdown - including whether your case was closed too early or if follow-up from our side was lacking.

It’s also worth noting that Damage Cover isn’t something you need to buy - it’s included with all Circular subscriptions at no additional cost. Like an insurance policy, it does require customers to complete a few simple steps (such as submitting a repair invoice) so we can properly assess and reimburse eligible claims.

If you’d be open to it, we’d love to take another look. Please email us at help_sg@nowcircular.com with reference ID "14350" so we can investigate further and make things right.
