I was able to connect to now kobile after so kany attempt. Not sure what was the issue. Was able to call other network but not able to connect to customer service team after a call.
Hassan were able to advise that sim is now active and transfered the balanse to other sim card which i have.
It was good experience talking to him.

I've had a sim for my daughter with Nowmobile since 03/2021 and not had any issues, till recently. About 2 months ago my daughter says she lost network service, only came to me recently after. I contacted Nowmobile support whom are always friendly and courteous although I'm now convinced use a script. I was told there is a service issue with EE/BT service provider and some numbers and my daughters number is affected.
"We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue has arisen due to a technical issue from our service provider, BT EE. Our teams are actively collaborating with them to ensure a swift resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time."
I've had 2 attempts at Nowmobile sending a new sim with 1-3 days delivery quoted (1st sim requested 14 Feb, 2nd requested 24th Feb) and both times I've had no delivery (EDIT: 2nd SIM arrived 5 days later). I seem to get these responses no matter which agent I speak to, "Please stay with me.", "Your replacement SIM card order is on the way", "I assure you that the issue gets sorted out soon for you". As you can appreciate I'm not happy as I don't seem to be getting anywhere and my daughter is still without a connectivity on her phone and doesn't feel safe as she can't contact us when she's out since at least 13/02/25.
EDIT:
After a lengthly battle my number was eventually re-connected, I immediately initiated a PAC transfer.
(You can get the PAC by sending a text PAC to 65075 with your Nowmobile connected sim.)
I've now left Nowmobile, I asked about refunding what credit I had left and been told "Once account credits (also known as top-ups) are applied to your account, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.". So Nowmobile has robbed me of my £5.57 credit I had left in the account.
Took out a sim with RWG which use Now services. It worked for a month August 2024 then then stopped completely. Have contacted customer services [Feb 2025] but was put on hold for 5 minutes and then cut off. I had £10+ on the sim [checked Feb 2025] so I guess I put that loss down to experience

If I could give a 0/10 I would. I was trying to set up a new phone number and I've been given the lot between some financial bs to being told to go to the retail store only to be told to go to the self service assistant and be given the run around. They basically stole $50 from me for two phones that don't work.
AVOID THIS PHONE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I found their site and deals looked good.
They have an email address listed you can use to contact them on (great!).
I sent an enquiry a week ago. I'd heard nothing 5 days later so sent a follow up.
Still nothing, completely ignored.
If they can't even be bothered to respond to a potential new customer (I was going to sign up - not now), I doubt they'll be bothered to look after existing customers if any problem occurs.

As I stated time and time agai n they steal my credit these scammers won't even reply. I asked them to this send me the out going calls they did not so I called them and send 20 emails no response. I will go to police.

This company is from hell, stay away and run for your life. Their costumer service is very poor and causes more problems than you already having. They have taken away 12 hours of my life for just setting up a voice mail and I had to take day off from work with no results to solve the problem.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

We recently moved to Now, as they run on EE, we have been seeing the service from giffgaff (which runs on O2) getting worse and worse over the years. Three have no signal at our location, so an MVNO that runs on EE was the best options.
So far our call quality is so much better and data seems really good as well - 5G with maximum bars in our local area (02 data didn't work at all in the same area). We have moved several numbers over using the automated system with no issues.
One thing I will say (and the reason for 4 stars and not 5) is the customer service can be very slow. It says "typically replies within 3 minutes" and sometimes that's true but other times you can be waiting hours if not days for a reply. If they can add more staff to their customer service team, or add a comprehensive FAQ to the website, then it would be a solid network.
It remains to be seen how we go on long term with Now, but so far so good.

I cannot believe that I top up and the money disappears I had 9.7 and all is gone it is not the first one either. They should send me all the out going calls for last 6 months they have refused.

Not only did they, i suspect, lie about having the same bands as EE, as the 4G would consistently drop around London. On my second month i had two contracts running for some reason and they’d accidentally charged me for a new one. When i ported over my number i had to do it manually, contacting their support line because their automated system for it didn’t work. And then to top it off, when i switched over to another network after 2 months of this ridiculousness, they continued charging me for 5 months after I’d left. I only found this out recently and thankfully they were nice enough to repay me but it’s still frankly stupid that can happen in the first place!

Reception is poor, only one bar. When someone calls me the the reception is bad. If this is based on EE which is known as the best network then i dont see what the problem is because when im walking down the street in busy main roads there is a full signal and in side-streets the signal is poor again but its not just that most of the time the signal very poor. I have used other networks and i dont have this problem. Also it does not let me change the network from 4G to 3G as this can improve the signal but im made to be stuck on 4G - again i dont have this problem with other networks. Is this something to do with this network or is it EE ? whatever it is, i quit. Going with another network, bye.

For a start.....to sign up to even get a sim does not exist!!! No verification code. 12 times in total i tried the resend code...NOTHING! 24hrs later still nothing! and of course my email is correct and nothing in spam.

I ran out of data this month a few days before renewal, so bought a 1gb top-up, but since then my usual monthly allowances have disappeared from my account despite Now Mobile charging my wife's account over 10 times for the usual monthly fee.
Completely unacceptable that a week after I complained about this nothing has changed and the only explanation is 'We are having technical difficulties but it will be sorted'.
Would not recommend at all.

As a previous reviewer stated, no email received with verification code so cannot create an account. Yes the email address is correct, yes I have checked my spam folder, yes I have contacted support. For a supposed communication company your communication isn’t very good! Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.

After numerous emails and phone calls I did put a plan on. But I have cancelled to stop recurring payments as now app is still not working and emails have never been replied.After plan runs out I will not use again. I have in fact gone to RWG a smaller company but run on Now mobile network. They replied to all emails and I have confidence in what they say
Reply to Now mobile plenty of emails sent but one thing that is bad your app is still not working or even trying to sign in to an account. Won't work

This look like really good network I’ve got an excellent data. The phones don’t go down through the Internet they’re just a very good network and they run off by EE .
