Where do I start!!! Just don’t buy anything off them. They are saying they are in Sydney but are in China. I think they buy temu quality but charge a fortune. Won’t give full refunds, luckily I went through PayPal and gave me a full refund for the junk I received. If you google this company before you buy you will see all the bad reviews and false advertising as they try to make out they are an Aussie company so all us Aussie’s get sucked in and they make money off us. Terrible service, terrible packaging, terrible products. If I could give a negative 10 I would!

Nothing but trouble; the business can’t deliver the required size shoe; no quick exchange to get the correct one in fact no exchange at all.

Where is the zero star button?! Do NOT buy from this store.
Delivery took over 4 weeks, and the product was like a filmsy toy, nothing like it was advertised in the online store.
3 months on an still fighting the battle on a refund and return because they don’t have australian address for return, neither a phone number to provide for return post, and nor an estimate for shipping cost; all of which are required by the consumer laws.

How long before australian law shuts down this online store!

I found this site by chance, I loved the jeans on the website.

Loved the returns policy and free shipping and returns which is fantastic.

I just ordered my first item today so yet to receive it.
Looking forward to leaving anothe review when I get my jeans.

So far its been smoothly sailing.

I thought I was purchasing Extra-Large Waterproof Laptop & Travel Backpack with USB Charging × 1 from the Sydney company - No Worries offical. It turned out to be a knock off and in fact did not have the USB connection, reflective piece and it is smaller than advertised size. After enquiring there was mention that they could return to Asia, which indicated that it was in fact not the original product I thought I was buying for my sons birthday… false advertising 😔

Very difficult to communicate with. False advertising purchased a product that they had a picture up for online and they send me something similar but not what it was in the picture. Asked for return and took over 3 weeks to finally get them to agree. Advised I will not pay the $70nzd shipping to get the falsely advertised product back to them yet they still are saying they won’t refund me these costs. Fake and misleading. Do not use.

If I could give 0 stars I would, false advertising and refusal to accept this - product sold as an FM radio, this functionality doesn’t work and they do not offer a replacement or a refund, just a pitiful 15% or 25% refund - in breach of consumer law, but surprise surprise they aren’t based in Australia even though all of their marketing branding and name of the company suggests otherwise!

P.S to no worries reply, I have emailed your customer service team approximately 20 times now hence the review above and pathetic offers or tiny refunds for a $100 product!!!!! What you are doing is actually illegal per Australian consumer law

Products are cheap shit and nothing like advertised.

Ordered a pair of high quality sunglasses. £34
What turned up 3 weeks later were cheap, plastic worth £5.
Complained and they offered partial refund and to retain glasses.
So far no response or refund.
Glasses are shit.
Don’t buy from this evidently Chinese company just operating out of Australia to add some credibility. Don’t be fooled.
