I had an excellent experience with Paddy, when he helped me select the perfect floorboards. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also provided great advice and assisted me at every step of the process. His professionalism and patience made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

A special thanks to his colleague Pamela, who designed the most beautiful kitchen I could have imagined! Their teamwork truly made this project enjoyable from start to finish. I am now really looking forward to getting the job underway.

In a word, frustrating.

We worked with Noyeks to create a custom kitchen for our house remodel. We love the result, but working with Noyeks was the most challenging part of the entire building project by far. Worse even than our grumpy plumber. While Susan and Peter were pleasant to deal with, the process was a series of frustrations.

We visited the Noyeks showroom and worked on the kitchen design and layout with Sharon. She was very helpful in coming up with a design and showing us all the options for cabinet configurations and finishes. The resulting 3D model helped us tremendously in visualizing how the kitchen would look and function. It enabled us to make adjustments and improvements.

Unfortunately, communicating changes remotely was an extremely frustrating experience. Even simple changes resulted in misunderstandings, errors, and back-and-forth conversation that failed to converge. Despite being very specific about what we wanted, even sending Noyeks dimensioned diagrams, we failed to get on the same page. When we sent a numbered list of questions via email, we often got a generic reply that failed to answer them. Communication issues were only finally resolved when we visited in person.

Another challenge was that the design system and the ordering system Noyek’s uses didn’t integrate. It was impossible to decipher the cryptic quote we were sent to determine how it related to the design. I even tried using AI to interpret the quote, but only got an approximate understanding of how things matched up. In the end, it took a leap of faith to place the order.

You’d think that with the design software they use, you’d end up with a kitchen that fitted perfectly, but this wasn’t the case. Our installer received no plans on how to assemble the kitchen, there were pieces he had to modify to fit, and we were left with a pile of apparently unnecessary parts and no obvious clue as to what they were for.

As I write this, another issue remains unresolved. When we moved in on April 29th, our builder pointed out that the induction hob arrived scratched. He’d contacted Noyeks and they’d agreed to replace it. Despite reminding Noyek’s over and over and over again, it’s now September 3rd and the hob has still not been fixed. Despite numerous assurances that a new unit or a replacement glass would be sent, and frequent follow-ups, nothing has happened. This might not be entirely Noyek’s fault, but they could have sent a replacement within a few weeks at most and dealt with the vendor on our behalf.

The frustration of poor communication and the failure to resolve problems in a timely manner, makes it difficult to recommend Noyeks. The kitchen is lovely, but process of getting there was maddening. I’d love to say that not only do we love our kitchen, but Noyeks was a pleasure to work with, but instead, we tell everyone that our nickname for Noyeks is “Annoyeks”.

Very disappointing customer service and product quality.

We purchased this sink in Finglas store November 2025 as part of a complete kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, the sink stained and chipped almost immediately, despite being used carefully and normally.

I emailed the company twice and received no response. I then called and was assured someone would get back to me but nobody did. I also contacted the business account via WhatsApp and was again assured that someone would make contact. Once again, nobody followed up. Months have passed and nobody reached out.

The composite sinks were advertised on the website as being durable and stain-resistant, yet the product was for some reason quickly removed from the website after the purchase.

This is extremely disappointing, particularly given the price and the fact that the sink was purchased for a newly renovated kitchen.

The lack of after-sales service has been just as disappointing as the product itself.

Re your response - regardless of what you're willing/not willing to do, I'd ask that you remove your colleagues name from the reply. This was a misunderstanding and an isolated issue. Therefore, no need to put the name of a hard working colleague in dispute.

Had a fantastic experience in the finglas branch with Justin. Made it very easy to find what I needed and make it fit. In the future I’ll be dealing with Justin. Excellent service

Amy Farrelly had unending patience with us even though we were only ordering a walk in larder rather than a whole kitchen. She returned calls n amended quotes almost instantly, with exceptional customer service.

Flavia was wonderful and open to our ideas.She listened to what we wanted and re drew the plans so we could see how it looked She made great suggestions but didn’t push them on us. We would highly recommend Noyeks and Flavia.

I went in looking for a few bits and had no idea what I needed, thankfully I was dealing with Justin in the Finglas branch and he couldn’t have made it easier for us.

Had staining issue on lumber workbench soon after installation. Noyeks responded promptly and offered cleaning agents & oil for repair. A solution that worked.

I thought nadine was very good at understanding what we were looking for and her computer skills were outstanding.

The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable in all items she was selling

Tralee Noyeks team are just fantastic, down to earth, and so helpful, From the design team, right through to the sales team, there is a great vibe in the store that just exudes help. The whole process of getting from empty walls to actually an entire house fit out, is right there in literally one room. Kudos to team Tralee.

We had a fantastic kitchen design consultation today. The designer was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand how we use our space, asked smart questions, and offered thoughtful solutions that balanced practicality with great aesthetics.

What impressed us most was the clarity of the ideas presented — everything from layout options to materials in a way that made the decision‑making feel simple rather than overwhelming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the way they suggested improvements we wouldn’t have thought ourselves.

I worked with the wonderful Marie on this he design for a small kitchen, with a difficult shape. She was fantastic, very engaging and knowledgeable

From my first visit and consultation with Marie the designer everything was very professional. She listened to what I wanted and needed. Not pushy which i found in alot of places. Michel in Finglas office couldn't be more helpful too. Any queries I had he sorted efficiently. The kitchen was fitted promptly by the Super Simon I call him. From start to finish he did a fabulous job. I absolutely love my new kitchen and have recommended Noyeks to lots of people. Fabulous service great quality and great price. Make sure check it out before you buy anywhere else.

Nadine was excellent and went through everything with us and most importantly to us is that she listened and tried to give us everything and more that we wanted
