Hi Mark,
Thank you for replying. I would like to address several points here as I cannot reply directly to your post.
1. I was called twice on the day of my last post with requests to remove my review. I sincerely doubt that this is standard practice.
2. The compensation I was looking for (which I find reads poorly on your part and is misrepresentative) was requested at the time of my kitchen being delivered. My countertops mysteriously disappeared, and gable ends and panelling were both missing (some of which have been sitting in my living room since April). I had to retain my builder for an extra week so as not to lose his service, at my own expense. The fitter, Shane, kindly came out to fit the slip and slide (which protrudes into my galley kitchen) after the last pieces of equipment did not arrive in time for me to retain my builder.
3. With regards your comment "at our expense", I find it hard to believe that a larder press extending in excess of 6 foot in a galley kitchen would have 4 shelves and no access to the depth of it. I obviously cannot read the coding on your order forms and would have expected that the larder presses I reviewed in the showroom would have been what I ordered. Clearly, my mistake. I am happy to pay the difference but having spoken to your colleague via email, I am assured I do not have to do this and that I will be refunded for the bin that is incorrectly fitting and has been sitting in my living room since April.
I trust you can appreciate my frustration and disappointment with your reply. Rachel

Of course we will refund any item as we have advised and you agreed we collect when our fitter is allowed to call as I understand you rejected several offers to call but have agreed next week.
Secondly at our expense ….. we estimate we have covered costs circa €1,200 to resolve all issues to the best of any reasonable client expectation.
Thirdly you have said you like your kitchen which is wonderful to hear and I am delighted we are finally getting there.
I can only say again it is with genuine sincere regret that we made errors and hope you can finally see that we have been sincere in our genuine resolve to rectify all issues.
Thank you once again for your business, wishing you many years of enjoyment in your new kitchen.
Unfortunately I will not be able to reply further and wish you well.

Excellent service from design to installation
We recently purchased our new kitchen from Noyeks, and the experience from design through to completion was excellent.
A special thank you to David, our kitchen designer, who took the time to understand how we wanted to use the space. His ideas, attention to detail and practical advice resulted in a kitchen that is both beautiful and a pleasure to work in.
Peter guided us through the entire process, always responding promptly to questions and helping us with every detail. I asked a lot of questions along the way, and both Peter and David were consistently patient and helpful, which gave me real confidence in the decisions I was making. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their support made the whole project feel far less daunting.
On Peter’s recommendation, we chose Tom O’Sullivan to fit the kitchen, and we couldn’t have been happier. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in his work were outstanding. The finish is superb, and he was a pleasure to have working in our home.
A new kitchen is a significant investment, so choosing the right company is important. We felt very well looked after throughout and are absolutely delighted with the finished result. I would happily recommend Noyeks to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and excellent customer service.

Excellent service from Lorna OFlaherty
Lorna OFlaherty was very helpful in assisting us on choosing our new kitchen worktop in a professional and prompt manner, excellent service answering our quires via email. Delivery was within 2 days of ordering with the driver apologising that he couldn't deliver the first day after the order was completed but would be the day after. I've used Noykes, being in construction myself, on and off over the past 20 plus years , they are a delight to do business with.

Gorgeous showroom in Tralee
Gorgeous showroom in Tralee. I met with the fabulous Sharon, who was so knowledgeable and helpful. We worked out what I liked and between us both she came up with such a functional and homely 3d design( this was great to get as I could see it clearly and get a real feel of my potential kitchen). I would highly recommend and really enjoyed my experience in Noyeks.
