Great customer service
I had a great experience purchasing my countertops and flooring at Noyeks in Ballymount, thanks to Paddy. He has excellent product knowledge and clearly explained all of my options, which made the decision process much easier.
Paddy was also very helpful throughout, answering all my questions, offering advice, and making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
I’m delighted with the final result and would highly recommend both Paddy and Noyeks to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

Fantastic experience - highly recommend!
From start to finish, Noyeks in Tralee was amazing! We went through the design process in the shop and then were passed to Daniel once we had fairly solid drawings done.
Daniel has been fantastic! He was extremely patient with us, answering our 100 million questions, redesigning, redrawing, and explaining every detail of our kitchen. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an understanding of fitting and design. He could talk fitting and building with my partner who fitted the kitchen, but was also super patient with me to make sure my vision came to life - making it functional and within budget! He’s been fantastic at making sure we got our dream kitchen! He is very communicative and answered any query or request extremely quickly and made sure that everything arrived on time. We can’t say enough about Daniel, having him as our dedicated person at Noyeks has truly made all the difference, he remembers all the details about your project from day one. You feel that you’re being taken care of personally rather than passed from person to person.
They also had knowledge and patience for the vacant house grant. We did the design process before being approved and were given a thorough quote. Once we were approved we went back, did some tweaks (a lot) and then ordered. They were brilliant at providing the invoices etc needed for the grant.
We loved Noyeks so much we have also gotten wardrobes designed there for our dormer where standard wardrobes wouldn’t work.
We would highly recommend Noyeks Tralee to anyone looking to design a kitchen or wardrobe! If we had another kitchen to design we’d be back in a heartbeat!

Outstanding Flooring Service Thanks to Chris & Team
I had a fantastic experience with Noyeks Newmans when purchasing flooring. The service from start to finish was excellent and the quality of the flooring is outstanding.
Chris was especially helpful throughout the process — knowledgeable, patient and a true gentleman. He took the time to explain the different options, offered great advice and made sure everything ran smoothly from selection to delivery.

We made our best decision
This is our first time renovate a kitchen ,we have been shoped around a few kitchen places,we pick Noryeks.That's the best decision that we have ever made.Pamela and Rebecca helped us design the kitchen,they are patient and helpful,also works well for our budget.Then Kieran look after us after, super organized for everything.Good quality of Kitchen,wide range of selection,we can only find our corner unit there.Best service ,good communication, reply our email really fast.Really appreciate your team work, highly recommended to anyone .

We were very pleased with Peter.
We were very pleased with Peter a nice guy, but felt we were rushed towards the end of the sale process. The design process appeared good initially but again we were rushed and ended up with a totally confusing design and too many drawers and not enough storage cupboards. We believe that this was ideal design for someone but not us. Again we were rushed and pushed to close a sale.
Design gave us no adequate storage cupboards.
Wish I still had my old kitchen, we now ended up with just all big useless drawers that take up all the space.
Very slack really.
Overall we were very disappointed, with the result.

So sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately we cannot trace your project as you have not given any detail?
Our aim is always to satisfy our Clients needs to the very best of our ability as our reviews in general testify. Ultimately we rely on Client feedback once we design, walk through our showroom to select door design, colour, the relevant integrated furniture fittings, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc ….
Once designed and selected it generally takes 2/3 weeks for delivery as all our kitchens are most importantly “bespoke” and designed to each individual project. During this time we would expect if any issues were of concern they would be raised by the client. As each order is bespoke it is you the Client that decides the ultimate look and feel of their kitchen needs and finish and of course with our professional guidance.
With this in mind I must defend our process and indeed Peter who is a very valued member of our team and has received fabulous reviews over his time with Noyeks Newmans.
All that said I am quite happy to discuss your regret further to see if we can help with any aspect that is reasonable to redesign if possible. Please email me at sales@noyeks.ie and I will make direct contact with you.
