It is my first time to buy anything from Noyeks and I’ll certainly be back! Excellent customer service from start to finish. A shout out to Kieran who looked after us, an absolute gentleman, fast communication, great price, and very obliging. Go raibh míle maith agat!

i had a kitchen supplied by noyeks 2 yrs ago which turned out amazing. at that time i was dealing with Mark in sales who made it easy for me dispite what must have been a pain for him as things changed regularly with the plan. i have been dealing with Mark again because we needed to finish our utility room & again mark came up trumps as he took care of everything and again with many changes to the plans. nothing ever seems to be a problem to him. so tK noyeks & particulary Mark. a Diamond.

Been dealing with Vanessa in there with an inquiry into flooring and kitchen & I have to say she is absolutely incredible.

World of knowledge on all products, great attitude and super efficient. Total credit to Noyaks, amazing member of the team there.

I was blown away ,by the genuine welcome ,friendly atmosphere ,attention to detail ,Professionalism ,I received on my first visit to Noyeks 3 months ago .

I was dealing with Peter ,From Start to finish of project ,nothing was a problem .He ensured my dealings with Noyeks was Seamless ,his Knowledge ,attention to detail and Patience were second to none ,From the Drawings ,To Pricing to choosing the Kitchen Units ,and appliances ,He gave 100%.All the staff worked well together ,If Peter was out of the office at meetings etc ,Tommy ,Oliver ,Kyle would step in ,after receiving a hand over and any query I had was resolved .

From the companies I got quotes from and dealt with you were the most professional, engaged and easy to work with.

The decision was in the end very easy, because Rebecca designed it so well, with ideas no one else considered and thèy were perfect for my situation. And Jim because the quote was spot on for my budget and amended appropriately and suitably every time.

And last, but not least, Michael finished the kitchen installation on Monday and it all looks brilliant. He really has great attention to detail and great ideas as well, which I was delighted with.

Bought cladding for outdoor use here a few months ago and we had one section unfinished and had to wait until the cladding came back in stock before purchasing the extra lengths. Without a doubt the product had faded and we mentioned same to staff at the desk and was then met with a grilling from 3 members of staff about how there is no “dye” in the product that the colour that faded is in fact dust and that it’s normal. I have never had an encounter like it from “customer service” total utter disrespect and lack of compassion for the customer. In fact they were so condescending and rude and most definitely were trying to imply we were stupid! There is simply a default somewhere after putting the new cladding up this afternoon they are 2 different colours - I can understand weathering in Irish weather after years of rain and wind but a few weeks for something I might add is not cheap is disgraceful. Won’t be recommending Noyeks for products nor customer service!

We had our kitchen installed by Noyeks about 6 months ago and the entire process—from design to completion—was smooth and professional. Michael Behan in sales was helpful and responsive throughout, while Amanda Whelan did a fantastic job designing a kitchen that fit both our space and style perfectly. Installation was carried out by Simon Quigley, whose work was efficient and high-quality.

Now, several months on, we are very happy with the result. Highly recommend Noyeks for anyone considering a new kitchen!

I visited your tralee store today after placing a order by phone call with kyle one hour before, when I went to collect the fittings he had it all ready for me at the counter, again I was blown away with his professionalism and friendly manner, Thanks kyle

We arrived here and met with Allan Molloy on the sales desk. Guy was first class in his knowledge, understanding of what we were looking for and follow up and communication. 100%. the products were delivered and installed above our expectations.

Aimee at Ballymount has gone above and beyond to help us purchase a Kitchen from Noyeks , she has the patience of a saint and despite being bombarded with questions and changes to plans etc Aimee could not have been more helpful , going the extra mile on every occasion , an absolute pleasure to do business with a real credit to Noyeks , I have been recommending Aimee to family and friends who are also looking for kitchens , cannot wait for delivery and see the plans come to life , thanks so much Aimee from Jason and Amy

This company will always do well with someone like Kieran at the sales counter. We did try companies online with no results. Our trip to Noyeks was so successful dealing with Kieran was a pleasure. Excellent to deal with from design right through to finish product, would 100% recommend, Peter was so helpful and went above and beyond to sort any small little issue or query, responded so quickly via email, always returned calls etc, David was excellent for our initial kitchen design also.
