It's great to hear that Craig was able to carefully explain the different solar options available and help you and your wife choose the system that best suited your needs. We believe every installation should be tailored to the individual property and customer, which is why the initial consultation and subsequent site survey are such important parts of our process.

We're also pleased that Rob's site visit helped ensure everything was properly planned before installation, including identifying the condition of the ridge tiles and recommending the dry ridge replacement while the work was being carried out.

A special thank you for recognising our installation team as well. Fitting 16 panels, an inverter and two batteries during two of the hottest days of the year certainly wasn't an easy task! Our installers and electricians work incredibly hard to complete every installation safely, professionally and to a high standard, so they'll really appreciate your kind words.

Your installation was certainly one of the more complex projects we've undertaken, particularly with the existing FiT system needing to be carefully considered alongside the expanded 8.37kW array, 6kW inverter and substantial battery storage. We're delighted that you trusted us with the project and that you're pleased with the end result.

We also really appreciate you acknowledging the areas where things didn't go entirely to plan. The scaffolding and scheduling issues understandably caused some inconvenience, and the FiT and generation meter complexities presented challenges that took time to fully resolve. While we always aim for everything to run perfectly, when an unexpected issue does arise, our priority is to take ownership of it, communicate clearly and keep working until it's resolved properly.

A special thank you for your comments about Craig. Our electricians and installers take enormous pride in their workmanship, and Craig will be delighted to hear his work was so highly regarded. Adapting the design around your Zappi EV charger to ensure the batteries operated as intended is a great example of the attention to detail that's required on more complex installations.

We're equally grateful for your patience while Rob, our office team and the various manufacturers and suppliers worked through the FiT requirements, generation metering and MCS documentation. More advanced installations can sometimes present unusual technical and administrative challenges, and every one provides valuable experience that helps us continue developing our knowledge and processes as a team.
