Although there was a few hiccups along the way with the instalation they were redeemed without fuss or drama. The various instalation crew were all friendly and polite and an extra pat on the back to the young electrician that came to my rescue during the hours of darkness. It's personal acts like that, that can give you confidence for the future, and any unforeseen problems.

I’m so pleased with my solar installation! The panels, inverter and battery are all working brilliantly, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

The installation team were great, especially Jimmy, who was really patient and took the time to explain everything properly. Samantha has also been fantastic, guiding me every step of the way from the office side and providing extra support whenever needed, including arranging remedial visits. It’s made such a difference knowing someone is there to help.

The aftercare has honestly been my saving grace and has really put my mind at ease. We’ve been so impressed with the service that we’ve decided to have solar installed at our shop as well once we open.

I think that says everything about the confidence we have in Right-NRG. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering solar. Great workmanship, brilliant customer service and support that doesn’t stop once the installation is complete!

Terrible company. Do not use. They changed the installation date twice. Cut off the wrong electric supply so we had to re start it. Had it fitted the 6th of July and as of today 21st of October we still do not have a DNO number to sell back to the grid. We have lost money. We are still nagging them to sort it out now and are still getting lies. The installation was a total bodge. We have been lied to 100 times with promises by several staff. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. Use a reputable company instead.
Update to NRG reply:
I would like to clarify that the system was indeed fitted on the 6th of July. It was supposed to have been fitted the end of June but you let us down on the fitting day and moved it to the 5th of July then didn’t turn up until the 6th as you said the van had broken down. It’s just more lies in the reply from Right NRG. And we were sold the system under false promises as we were told we would earn from buy back and we were also told our system would work in the event of a power cut….. which it does not. We will now have to sort that out too. And so far 1274 units have gone back to the grid without us getting a penny while you have done nothing for 107 days.

I’m absolutely delighted with my solar panels and battery installation! I’m already really impressed with the system and the potential savings on my energy bills. Being able to generate my own electricity and store it in the battery to use later will definitely help me reap the rewards, especially with energy prices continuing to rise.

The installation team were fantastic, so efficient and professional, and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. They even managed to book me in and arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a lovely bonus!

The customer service from Head Office has also been brilliant, especially the communication throughout the process. Samantha deserves a special mention for being so lovely and patient, answering all my phone calls and questions and making sure I felt supported.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We had 10 solar panels fitted by RIGHT NRG in June 2026. The panels are working great, we are seeing some improvements on the fuel bills already. We did experience a few issues, however the Customer advisor JHABRAN , was very honest and helpful and has been able to rectify our problems.

I would have rated this 0 stars if I could. This job is highly unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COST! very very cut throat. Not paying for worked hours and making up new rules as and when they want. This is a COLD CALLING job but we were constantly lied too. They made their previous sales advisors all REDUNDANT as they were not “good enough”. Our manager was constantly disagreeing with the higher ups as he did not agree with them. They maid us work extra hours without telling us first. THIS JOBS IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE STRESS, at all!

From our first visit with Daniella, to the insulation of the 10 solar panels fitted by Ben. Our experience has been first class, fitted within 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting Solar panels.

Had my solar install fitted over the summer by Ben, amazing service and lots of info. Had regular contact with the office over the phone, lots will only contact you via email. Chose these as there where no pushy sales, was info and prices and left the rest to me. Everything still working perfectly and so please t have this done. Thanks again.

From the start Danielle spent many hours making sure we had the right system for us. Project manager George followed this up, sorting and solving queries. Ben and Jack the installers worked long and hard to ensure everything was as it should be and they made the whole process ran smoothly.

I needed some remedial works to my existing solar installation. Right NRG were very knowledgeable, advised me on my options and put together a package that fulfilled my needs and at a price point I was happy with. They did a cracking job, cleaned up and took time to explain the revisions. All in all, a great job.
