Best products and fantastic service
When I tried to order through another site it turned out their pricing was wrong so NSI cancelled the order but rang me to explain the problem and told me to go through the NSI Australia website and apologised for the inconvenience. I went straight to NSI website and placed my order direct. It arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the service and the products (as always). I’m new to Australia and hadn’t realised NSI were here. I only use NSI products in the UK so I’m delighted they’re here and that I can continue to use my preferred products here. Well done NSI Australia
