Before the call
Before the call, I had a daunting feeling about getting a response to my issue. However to my surprise, the representative from organization went over and beyond to assist me with my issue. The issue was rectified within the timeframe she gave me. I am very grateful for her assistance with getting my order to me in a timely manner.

Some benefits but could have been better
I enjoyed connecting with other NSLS members, and it helped me to set a goal and keep myself accountable. The speaker series was also interesting to watch. Beyond that, I don’t feel like I’ve gotten much out of it. Perhaps if my chapter had meetings, it would be more beneficial.

Positive leadership experience
I had a good experience with the NSLS Foundations of Leadership program. The process helped me think more clearly about my goals and break them down into practical steps.
