My experience was great it gave me that extra amount of courage to keep going.

This is truly inspiring. I am glad to be part of your leadership learning experience.

It took multiple days to reach the leader(s) at my school to check on my status. There was no guidance on how to complete any tasks. There was no induction ceremony. I have never met a single other inductee at my school because they have held no meetings.

I enjoyed the SNT meetings when we went into private huddles. I met many different people who were very intelligent and goal oriented. The encouragement we exchanged with each other means a lot.

Thus far it is ok - not really seeing many benefits yet

I think that me being invited into this was one of the best things for me. I have been in management for a very long time, but it’s definitely helping me and improving with my leadership skills and listening to my employees and you know working along with them, not only that it also sardine to help me find myself worth as well so thank you very much for inviting me to this. I really appreciate it. I still don’t understand how you guys got my name, but I’m greatly appreciated and all the leaders that I’ve worked with so far have been fantastic as well.

I really have enjoyed my time with my SNT group! Its been a supportive and encouraging group and we look to continue meeting into the future! I also enjoyed the broadcasting videos!

The NSLS team members have been incredible! The whole process is laid out in clear steps that made it easy to work through.

What made my experience great was how genuinely supportive and organized the NSLS team has been throughout the entire process. The program is structured in a way that makes leadership development feel achievable, even with a busy schedule. Their communication is clear, the expectations are transparent, and every step feels purposeful.

The NSLS does an excellent job creating a welcoming environment where members can grow, connect, and reflect on their goals. The virtual events, resources, and guided activities are well thought out and truly help build confidence and leadership skills. I appreciate how they encourage accountability while still giving members the flexibility to learn at their own pace.

If you’re apart of an online chapter it is very hard to establish connections with peers.

I am proud to be part of the NSLS. The resources they provide, like the success networking teams and the leadership certificates, have helped me gain more confidence in my professional path. It’s an excellent platform for personal and leadership development.

NSLS is an amazing program that is very kind and encouraging. It is the perfect in-between of difficult and simple. And it has amazing scholarships and programs that can greatly help me and my future. I would highly recommend others joining NSLS.

Hi. My name is Willie Montgomery, I am currently in my Junior year at Southern University at New Orleans. I was nominated, I'm honored and humbled. I did the steps to achieve induction status, I proudly sent in my 95US dollars for my lifetime membership. I was looking for exactly everything that I saw in the video, being most excited about the members shirt 👕 "with the Greek letters in my "favorite" color red. So when I finally received the package and it only had the other shirt I was gravely disappointed. The other shirt is okay but I was really looking forward to wearing that one 😢
