This seems to be a good idea. I am still not sold on this improving my resume, I am on an online chapter.
I feel with paying for an induction and hoping for the best isn’t the most rewarding, I work hard in school and maintain a steady solid GPA in my 40s, I am hoping I didn’t waste my money or time. I intentionally sent emails to the “ chapter” leaders, have yet to receive a response. So …. Let’s see how this goes

So grateful for my local chapter of the NSLS! They made so many accommodations to schedules to make the process fit my schedule. It has already taught me so much and I am grateful!

I liked that I could work at my own pace.

I have really enjoyed the people I have gotten to share and hear viewpoints from.

One of the strongest aspects of the NSLS experience was how well it combined personal development with practical leadership skills. The Speaker Broadcasts, especially the Matthew McConaughey session, offered meaningful insights that pushed me to think differently about accountability, mindset, and taking ownership of my goals. The SNT meetings were also a major highlight because they created a supportive environment where I could connect with like‑minded individuals who are equally driven. Through these sessions, I strengthened my communication, active listening, and goal‑setting skills while staying consistent with my academic and professional goals. Overall, the NSLS provided a motivating community and real opportunities for growth, which made the experience genuinely valuable.

It has been fun from the moment I received the invite, which came at a time when I was doubting myself. Everyone has been supportive of each other and the networking has been of great value to me.

The opportunity to meet young leaders was one of the most valuable aspects of my experience. Being surrounded by individuals with clear goals, a growth mindset, and diverse perspectives allowed me to learn not only from the program content, but also from their stories, challenges, and strategies for achieving success. This exchange of ideas creates an environment that motivates, inspires, and continuously challenges you to improve.

What made this experience especially meaningful was the combination of personal development and human connection. It was not just about theory, but about applying what we learned in real life, listening to others, and reflecting on my own journey as a professional and entrepreneur.

In terms of what the organization is doing well, I would highlight its ability to create a structured yet flexible environment where each participant can grow at their own pace. The focus on practical leadership, the tools provided to set clear goals, and the opportunity to learn from speakers with real-world experience are all extremely valuable.

The website is very easy to use. The broadcasts are very interesting and helpful for learning about what professional people went through to achieve the success they have today. They also give great advice to members on how to become successful.

What made it amazing was the rapid response time and positive encouraging feedback. The service I received was phenomenal.

This experience has been great so far. The whole process is easy to follow and understand. The SNT meetings that I have been able to attend have only been on the weekends due to working full-time while going to school full-time. The only thing that needs to be improved upon would be more SNT meetings being held and available later in the evenings, if possible.

I was asked to review and supposedly this will help me in my future, so that is how I rate NSLS.
