Fragrance is amazing. The aroma last all day. My husband has never been a lover on these types of products but I can honestly say he really likes the scent of these. Good value for money. Love the tin the come in. On time deliver

The best scents I've ever bought, great products at a reasonable price. Got myself them then told my friend about them so she ordered them and I gave my son the money to buy himself them for Easter as he's a bit old for Easter eggs 🤣 Do yourselves a favour peeps and treat your home to the most amazing smells ever, couldn't recommend NUHR scents enough. 👍👍👍

I truly love the Rose and Oud room spray. I can honestly say. If I spray the room in an afternoon I can still smell it the next day when I come down stairs.

I like the scent. Unfortunately I was hoping the scent would last longer. The scent does linger for a while after the cone has burnt down.
I have only used 3 cones so far. I don't want to use them a lot, maybe once or twice a week because they are expensive.

They smell amazing , best cones I've ever used. Worth the money.

I can’t comment on the scent because I bought it to gift it to someone. But the packaging was 10/10 and I could smell the fragrance just by opening the box. I love the gift bag! It comes with an extra string to make a bow! Super cute! Delivery was so fast too!!

Smells nice for the first few minutes, however, afterwards, espcially towards the end of the cone, it smells of burning. Has a horrible cigarette type of smell. I had to spray air freshners to get rid of the "after smell". Also, the smoke makes the eyes burn. Waste of money. I would not buy again.

Shocking product please avoid the the product and company! The smell is awful, fills your home with stale smoke ! It smells disgusting . Trading standard will be notified of the company and products that are being advertised! Smells nothing like Dubai hotels ! Dubai hotels smell like spas ! Not stale smoke !! Very upset customer I feel very cheated ! Absolutely shocking fraud in my eyes ! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!!!!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Nuhr Home.

I placed my order on 21 February, and by 25 February the tracking indicated it would be delivered on 26 February. However, from that point on, the tracking never updated and the parcel appeared to be completely stuck.

I reached out to customer service on 28 February and didn’t receive a response until 4 March—just to be asked for my order ID, which delayed things further. On 5 March, I was told they would “keep me updated,” but there were no meaningful updates for quite some time.

By 16 March (over two weeks later), I was informed that they were still waiting on an investigation from Royal Mail. While I appreciate that delivery issues can happen, the lack of proactive communication was frustrating.

Finally, on 20 March (Eid), I was told the parcel was officially considered lost and was offered either a refund or a replacement. Since I liked the product, I chose a replacement—but even now, over a month since placing my original order, I still haven’t been provided with a tracking link for the replacement.

Overall, the product itself may be good, but the customer service and handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing. Long response times, lack of updates, and slow resolution have made this a frustrating experience from start to finish.

I would hesitate to order again unless their customer service significantly improves.

I received a pack via the post, the holder was in 2 bits .. ive tried contacting the company no luck! Just get ignored.. really bad quality ! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely love these incense cones! 😍

The scent is rich without being overpowering, and it fills the room beautifully within minutes. They burn evenly and last a good amount of time, which is a big plus. I’ve found them perfect for relaxing in the evenings or just creating a calm, cosy atmosphere at home.

The fragrance lingers just enough after burning, leaving the space smelling fresh and soothing. You can really tell they’re good quality compared to others I’ve tried.

I am absolutely in love with the Nuhr Home welcome pack! I purchased it to use on Eid day, and it truly elevated the celebration.

I chose the Miraz cones for my kitchen and living room, and the smell was nothing short of spectacular. The moment the fragrance hit the air, it immediately transported me back to my stay at the Fairmont in Dubai—it’s that same luxurious, comforting scent that I fell in love with there. My living room smelled divine, creating the perfect, elegant atmosphere for welcoming guests on Eid.

My only tiny wish is that the cones lasted a little longer in terms of burn time, as I wanted the magic to stay all day! Even so, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

These cones smell stunning. I ordered the oud Arabia and the smell lasts for hours. Would recommend.

Bought the cones, mango scent. Smell lovely in the tin, but once lit, the scent isn't there. Smells like someone has a bonfire going outside and coming through the windows, Mrs went nuts🤣 Bit disappointed to be honest. Maybe the oils will smell nicer.

Just looked at the negative reviews. I’m really surprised. It seems some people are probably used to candles and not incense and incense is smoky!
