I had no problem ordering and the delivery was quick. The pods smell lovely I have used a couple but I think if I light 2 the smell will last longer,but I would recommend them to anyone.

The smell this gives off is beautiful and long lasting reminds me of incense but more sophisticated. Certainly works to eliminate cooking smells.

SCAMMERS AND MONEY TAKING COMPANY!
DON'T BUY! COMPLETELY SCAMMERS. My wife ordered products over 1 month ago. They took the money and never received any product. When contacted the company, they keep giving her some random order numbers, that, when trying to follow them on their website, they don't exists, also last week, after telling them i will report them to the Trading Standards Agency, they gave her a absolutely invented Royal Mail Tracking Number, that doesn't exists either. I am also thinking of reporting them to Police as scam company ad they are taking your money like thieves and never send you the products.
Tried to phone the number provided in their answers on my wife's email, but had only the answer phone.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Want good products, find genuine companies, not fakebones like this one.
P. S: response to the reply: how about that you have issued me 3 times different order numbers that didn't exist on your website when checking the status, also giving me false information that my order has been dispatched and giving me a FALSE Royal Mail tracking number that also didn't exist on tbeir website. That is not miscommunication it is misleading, mischievous and scam like treatment. And even now when you "tried" to send me the order, after receiving an email from you that you said you don't have the product and if i want the refund, suddenly, your product appears on the website for a few minutes, and suddenly you sent me the order, and now you are tracking it to have it returned. And now again, the product is no longer available again on your website. So i am keeping my idea: BEWARE OF A SCAM COMPANY THAT LIES!!!!

We’re very sorry for the delay with this order and completely understand the frustration caused.
This was not a scam or an attempt to take payment without sending goods. One of the items in the order unfortunately went out of stock, which caused an unacceptable delay in dispatch. The order has since been shipped and we have spoken to you to apologise for this, but as you have requested a refund, we have now issued the refund and are arranging for the parcel to be redirected back to us while it is still in transit.
We also understand there may have been confusion around tracking information, and we’re sorry if our communication added to the frustration rather than resolving it quickly enough.
We take this seriously and are reviewing what happened internally, especially around stock availability, dispatch delays, and communication updates, so this does does not happen again.

Great concepts, poor product
Was sold on the fact that they claimed the cones would get rid of cooking smells. Being in open plan environment was so excited to try. Unfortunately they burn quickly, and the smelll is more burning than fragrant, and gives headaches and coughs even in a large space. Concept great not for my family.

Our cones are designed to create a short burst of fragrance, with each cone burning for around 15–20 minutes, and we always recommend using them in a well-ventilated area. That said, fragrance is very personal, and we completely appreciate that not every scent format will suit every household.

I love the different fragrances and the…
I love the different fragrances and the tea light that came with them in the welcome pack. My personal favourites are the rose and oud Arabia. I like that unlike most that I’ve tried, these aren’t too overpowering and I don’t end up getting a headache from them. I also like how they don’t keep burning for so long but that’s just a personal preference. The smoke level was quite minimal and the scent lasted around my home for 2 days.

I just love this product the smells…
I just love this product the smells from the 4 that I have bought are beautiful. Plus my son who is allergic to sprays and plug ins is absolutely fine with them which is a bonus.

Haramain cones

When shipping costs more than the solution.
This was my second $350 order from Nuhr Home this year. I enjoy most of their items, but the Amber Oud room spray caused headaches. When I contacted customer service, they offered a "one-time exception" for a return, but only if I paid for shipping—which would cost more than the product itself. It’s disappointing to see a lack of support for a returning customer. As the saying goes: "If a customer buys once, you make a sale; if they come back, you build trust. If they recommend you, you build a brand. " Because of this experience, I’m hesitant to shop here again.

I bought the starter set with a variety…
I bought the starter set with a variety of cones and it came with a free ceramic burner which unfortunately broke during delivery but as it was free and everything I paid for arrived in perfect condition, I didn’t mind.
The our cones are AMAZING! One cone lit in my kitchen makes the WHOLE house smell amazing! I can’t decide which scent I like the best so I’d probably keep ordering the variety set 👌🏼

Really lovely smell
Really lovely smell. I bought the cone gift set. Out of four I only dislike the rose one. The smell lasts for a good time. Expensive but tpro ably worth it.

Had a problem with my cone customer service did not do anything about it. I was let down even though that I have been buying from them for five months cone does not burn or smells comes out showed them pictures and I was dismissed. Do not buy.
