I had no problem ordering and the delivery was quick. The pods smell lovely I have used a couple but I think if I light 2 the smell will last longer,but I would recommend them to anyone.

The smell this gives off is beautiful and long lasting reminds me of incense but more sophisticated. Certainly works to eliminate cooking smells.

Great customer service . Love the oud and amber and visitors always comment that my home smells beautiful .
I did try to wash my square cone burner cover as it had built up a substantial amount of oil on the underside of the lid . Unfortunately you can't wash it sufficiently and it falls apart . I was offered a discount on a replacement (which I used ) ..just concerned how I will clean/wash this one

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with cleaning your square cone burner cover. As oil and residue can naturally build up with use, we recommend gently wiping the underside once fully cool with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth rather than washing or soaking it, as this can affect the material.

What a fantastic beautiful smelling Rose Oud perfume! I’m so happy I ordered it and subsequently ordered another one straight away!
The perfume is just stunning ..long lasting with a gorgeous smell of roses which I have wished for forever but never been able to buy such a flowery scent!
Just love it !
I have also ordered the hair mist and look forward to rose smelling hair and body !

The packaging and items are lovely.would make a great gift.the only thing I would ask is the best place to put these as the smell is very strong and if we place one in the living room it makes your eyes hurt so have now tried them in the hallway and let the smell go through the house.

Our scents are designed to be rich and long lasting, so for a softer home fragrance experience we usually recommend placing the burner in a hallway, entrance area or larger open space, rather than a smaller room or directly beside where you are sitting.
It sounds like you’ve found the right approach by placing it in the hallway and allowing the scent to gently travel through the home. You can also use half a cone at a time, or keep a window slightly open, if you prefer a lighter fragrance.

Everything I have bought from this company is beyond wonderful. The Aromas are simply divine - not any old cheap pong but the most best oils that make the most amazing fragrances which I love. Today I got lovely cards soaked in perfumes for my car - gorgeous. I want to WEAR THEM!!!!!

I love Nuhr, I love the way the whole house smells wonderful my favourite is Rose and Oud but sometimes it’s hard to choose which one I will burn. I did have to email the customer service which they sorted out straight away I was very impressed.

I have purchased on 3 occasions from Nuhr now and love it so much I have bought gift sets for my daughter's teachers as an end of school gift. The cones are fabulous and make my whole home smell beautiful. The scents are long lasting. My favourites are Rose and Oud and Amber and Oud. I have one in the hallway as you enter the house and then another further into the house to get that double hit and reduce nose blindness, but honestly I think it's impossible to go nose blind with these. They don't impact on my daughters allergies like room sprays. I enjoy using the perfumed roller, though it could last a little longer, but as a response to my other review on Nuhr's page, it will be my skin that dictates it's longevity which I totally understand. Even some of the £100+ parfums don't last too long on me! The products are all packaged beautifully and suitable for gifting. There's always an offer or discount available and I believe the products are value for money. Free delivery for a £35 spend is very good value. I am so glad my husband came across your products. He has good taste!

Great products just a shame the…
Great products just a shame the shipping and despatch takes so long. Ordered on monday, now Friday and all Royal Mail says is that sender has said they have despatched. It’s only some car air fresheners, would go in a letter. Pretty rubbish really, hopefully will get these in the end then won’t order again I’m afraid

I purchased my first order and went for the Dubai scent which is gorgeous. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the cone burns out quite quickly however I absolutely love the smell and I would definitely order from NUHR again.

So you go on line order and it says delivery between 1-3 days and free shipping thing is it’s not !
To have delivery within 1-3 days you then PAY for that ! Or even more for express shipping which I totally get just not that free shipping means the “AIM” of DELIVERY IN 5 WORKING days! SO MISLEADING.
Thanks for the reply LETS BE CLEAR the Expectation IS SET FROM YOUR OWN WORDING just be more honest ! And say free delivery in 5 days is our aim problem is you know people won’t purchase stuff given costs already on products.

Very pleased with my 1st purchase from NUHR. Easy to order, efficient delivery. The box the scent cones come in is so beautiful as is the wee glass burner. These are good value for money. My husband came into the house last night, and said it smelt like the hotels we've stayed in in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which is exactly what I was looking for. The next day the house still smells amazing. I would highly recommend and will buy more. Has cheered me up no end as these smells remind me of fantastic holidays.
