Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I’ve purchased from this company before, but the real problem arises if you need to return something.
I bought a promotional bundle for £37, which included five packs of burner cones and a free tea light and burner. Unfortunately, the cones made me cough, my eyes water, and produced excessive smoke. After I complained, they quickly agreed to a refund—but only if I returned the cones and didn’t return the free gifts.
They then offered just £17, deducting £15 for the supposedly free gifts and £5 for a vague “return assessment” fee. Despite several emails, they never explained or accepted responsibility for these deductions. The emails were dismissive and came across as arrogant.
I even offered to accept store credit instead of a refund, but that was refused too. Very disappointing service, and I won’t be buying from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the incense cones were not suitable for you and that you were disappointed with the outcome of your return.
For clarity, the Welcome Pack contained five individual packets of incense cones and promotional gifts. Our published returns policy states that opened or partly used incense cone packets cannot be accepted as resaleable returns. It also states that the complete promotional order, including any free gifts, must be returned, otherwise the retail value of retained promotional items may be deducted. We cannot accept the return of a burner that has been used, that is why you were advised to retain this.
As cones from all five packets had been opened and used and the complete promotional bundle was not returned, a full refund could not be issued. The refund was calculated in accordance with the returns conditions applying to the order.
We appreciate that the outcome was disappointing, but our team responded to the correspondence and explained why the refund had been reduced.
The Best Bakhoor Cones I’ve Ordered
I’m ordering again from Nuhr because the service and quality are excellent.
The Haramain and Dubai bakhoor cones smell absolutely divine. The fragrance is rich, long-lasting, and fills the whole home.
If you love authentic bakhoor, these are a must-try. 5/5 ⭐

I was so excited about my order
I was so excited about my order. But unfortunately is not come up on my expectations . I m really disappointed other people leave the review our home semll great all day. But I didn't feel like that just around that area you can feel the smells that's it. And with in few mins all smells gone. Burn so fast. I m sorry so say how the luxurious add look like the products is not even like that.😔

Our Nuhr Home incense cones are clearly described across our website and marketing platforms as having an approximate burn time of 15 to 25 minutes. They are designed to release a concentrated fragrance while burning, although how far the scent travels and how long it lingers can vary depending on room size, airflow and ventilation.
We appreciate that fragrance is personal and that your experience did not match the many customers who enjoy a stronger, longer-lasting scent throughout their homes.

I am so glad that I placed an order with Nuhr Home. The cone incense is truly the best I have ever used and the fragrance lingers well into the next day, long after burning the incense! Customer service is excellent. Great company, great high quality products!

Royal Mail confirmed that your order was delivered to the recipient’s address on 20 June and supplied photographic proof showing the parcel at the property. You subsequently confirmed to us that the location shown in the delivery photograph matched the property.
When you advised that you could not locate the parcel, our team asked you to check the delivery area, household members and neighbours, and also offered to raise the matter with Royal Mail for further investigation despite the confirmed delivery evidence.
We are therefore disappointed by the statement that no resolution or assistance was offered. We responded to your messages, supplied the tracking and proof of delivery, and explained the next steps available.

Lovely idea,but the smell is so strong…
Lovely idea,but the smell is so strong and mostly burning, rather than fragrance. You basically can't breath in the room. Probably it will be good for the large space, but not suitable for the ordinary house. Also,it's burning around 5 mins,not 20 as described. I would not recommend this product.

Our cones are highly concentrated and are best used one at a time in a well-ventilated area. Burn time can vary depending on airflow and how the cone is positioned, although they are generally designed to burn for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Disgusting burning smell
The scent prior to lighting the cones is wonderful. HOWEVER once light a your 5 mins in they simply burn and smell disgusting!

Its good to hear the scent before lighting was wonderful, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been if the fragrance did not come through as expected once the cones were lit.
Our cones are a smoke based incense product, so they do create smoke while burning, but the scent should still feel enjoyable when used correctly in a well ventilated space.

This company does what they say they will do! Service was quick and easy and this is my fourth order. I've never written a review for them before, but their products really do work! My whole house is absolutely divine with the differing scents. If you are skeptical, please don't be...this is the real deal in scents to make your home smell gorgeous!

Lovely fragranxes
Bought the welcome pack after seeing on Instagram. Love the fragrances and they really do last hours in the air, even once they have finished smouldering. Either Dubai or Rose is my favourite fragrance. Have more on order.

The product aromas are amazing
The product aromas are amazing. I buy for myself, friend and family as it makes great gifts. My favourite is rose oud. I wear the scent (and always get complimented on it) and I use the rose oud oil in an electric diffuser. Highly recommend

Great customer service
Great customer service . Love the oud and amber and visitors always comment that my home smells beautiful .
I did try to wash my square cone burner cover as it had built up a substantial amount of oil on the underside of the lid . Unfortunately you can't wash it sufficiently and it falls apart . I was offered a discount on a replacement (which I used ) ..just concerned how I will clean/wash this one

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with cleaning your square cone burner cover. As oil and residue can naturally build up with use, we recommend gently wiping the underside once fully cool with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth rather than washing or soaking it, as this can affect the material.
