I had no problem ordering and the delivery was quick. The pods smell lovely I have used a couple but I think if I light 2 the smell will last longer,but I would recommend them to anyone.

A disappointing purchase and customer service
Don’t like to leave negative reviews but reached out twice to this company to let them know the diffuser has no smell whatsoever, clearly a faulty item. Generic advice given which I had already implemented as have used plenty of diffusers from different companies before. Really disappointed that I spent £27 on something that was not fit for purpose and the company don’t really want to know. From other reviews, i thought the house would smell incredible but I nor anyone else has noticed a fragrance.

The fragrances are amazing… especially…
The fragrances are amazing… especially loved majestic. The fragrance from the cones alone linger without having to burn them.
Don’t like how they burn out so quickly tho… also the smoke really catches the back of the throat. But smell wise absolutely smashed it.

We do understand your point around burn time and the smoke. Our cones are designed to create a short burst of fragrance, usually burning for around 15–20 minutes, with the scent continuing to settle afterwards. As they are a smoke-based product, we always recommend using them in a well-ventilated space, especially for anyone who may be sensitive to smoke or strong fragrance.

Great to be able uplift the purchase from your premises .
For my bundle I would say the glass burner + metal insert does not meet my requirements . I think the bundle would be better with the black pottery burner in all honesty .
In fact I would welcome being able to buy the pottery burner .

Expensive but Lasting Arabian scent
The scents are very nice but the cone burns too quick and the smoke won't be good for people with asthma like myself,I struggled abit to breathe as the cone was smoking alot,I liked the smell so what I did is put the cone under a tea light ,that way the cone doesn't smoke or burn and u get the subtle smell of the cone scent,it lasts longer and I like the milder scent. I would of liked to send a picture but no option available. My favourite scent is the oud and amber. Even when the cone is cold I can smell the fragrance everytime I go by it. Expensive but worth it if you use with tea light .
