Customer service is non-existent
The number plate appears to be good quality, but customer service is non-existent. I ordered a green plate for an electric car, not realising that the option of "large" green plates that my car needs was not an option.
I called customer services more than 10 times over the following 2 weeks, trying every option and leaving 3 messages for a call back. I also completed their online form, and emailed them. I have received no response whatsoever.
