Although I did not buy the plates from NPE I have nothing but praise praise for them and their customer support team. I had to cancel my order, which had not gone into production. I explained fully why I had to cancel and the refund was generated back to my card with 60 minutes. Great communication throughout and prompt responses throughout. Thank you.

Ordered on a Thursday evening before 6pm then had to provide documentation before the order could be approved. I paid £11.99 for next day delivery and it wasn't even dispatched until the next day. Arrived Saturday but I was in work so didn't actually get the plate until Monday. Not a massive issue but I wouldn't have paid for next day delivery if I knew it wouldn't arrive next day (nothing on the order page to say it must be ordered before a certain time).
Delivery aside, when the number plate arrived it has no pre-drilled holes for fitting, which I feel is just ridiculous, I wish I'd have ordered from elsewhere and won't order from this company again

Website clear and easy to navigate. Almost immediate response to rectify a mistake (mine) and process a refund - without having to cancel the whole thing and re-order. Uploading photos of the documentation required for DVLA compliance was very easy and straightforward (even for a technophobe like me).

The website does not present an accurate image of how the number plate will be printed. All number plates provided contain the name and postcode of the organisation printing the number plate. I see no relevance to this being needed.

Order the number plate in plenty of time for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive! When I made a complaint they simply ignored me and refused to reimburse my delivery cost.
Also the plates turned up chipped and scratched!
Do not use this company…. Zero care for customer service! Diabolical company

Really easy to do and order. Only given 4 stars as paid £3.99 for ‘fixings’ and was only sent sticky pads which aren’t great I was expecting actual fixings
