This is the first time I’ve ever had to sit and write a review for a company. Ordered a plate on 21st of Oct. It’s 10th of Nov today and nothing 3 weeks later. I’ve also emailed them twice to chase it up with no reply.

It might seem nothing spending £25 to most but when you earn it and they can’t be bothered replying it leaves a bitter taste. And no this isn’t a review for the wrong website before the generic reply is issued by them. Lesson learnt the hard way.

Zero nonexistent customer care I have been trying to contact them since placing an order and spending my hard money and I have a no reply in any shape or form avoid!!

Don't sent them any money.

Absolutely useless company. Ordered a plate at 11:30 on a Friday morning so I would get it Monday at the latest, website says same day dispatch if ordered before 14:00. No dispatch note. Eventually got a "Your order is manufactured" email at 04:52 on Sunday which clearly indicates it wasn't sent out Friday as website promised. Sent multiple emails asking if had been sent, no response to any emails, no other way to contact them. Monday came and went, no emails, no delivery. Have work tomorrow so need car so in end have had to make alternative arrangements. Still no dispatch note so couldn't see it arriving Tuesday either. Emailed again to cancel and refund, doubt they will reply. Reported to DVLA and asked my bank to reverse the transaction

UPDATE: plate arrived Tuesday, all tracking details from Evri show it wasn't sent out until yesterday, so company flat out lied about same day dispatch, as if it has been sent out Friday it would have been here Saturday or Monday. In meantime I had to go elsewhere and sort plates so I could actually drive my car and company ignored emails I sent yesterday to cancel order. So now have two sets of plates and have paid twice.

Ordered new plates for my private registration with additional design details to put on my latest car.From beginning to end the transaction was near perfect.Full tracking and notifications.I was well pleased with the quality of the plates.Thankyou.

The ordering process was really easy, but despite sending messages through their preferred contact , I've still not had a response

Don’t buy from this company given them the required documents but will not give me my order they don’t have a phone number to contact when you can’t resolve the problem by email and no returns policy , a terrible company one to avoid

Despite giving this outfit the exact requirements of my order and attaching DVLA specs they still managed to screw it up and then denied all responsibility and did not answer emails. There’s a reason they don’t have a telephone number or chat function. They will happily steal your money . Avoid at all costs. Try these on eBay first, wesellnumberplates They will do exactly what you ask for and you won’t be risking your cash unnecessarily. And for the record. It is the correct company. I see they use “you have the wrong company” often.

Don't use this company, they trick you and don't return your money. I placed an online order for a rear trailer number plate, after paying they then ask for personal documents on you and the car, I emailed to refund me my money which they wrote back saying i was blackmailing them and no refund would be made !

I was ordering a trailer number plate for my son. I filled in card details but didn’t complete. They asked for documentation details I didn’t have so decided to leave it. I then received an email saying the order was “On Hold” due to no documentation?? I hadn’t competed but they took payment. They say you can’t cancel. I never completed order. BEWARE. NO CONTACT NUMBER. Just editing. After I made this review an email arrived saying they will refund. That’s great but it was very confusing when they emailed

I will not recommend you to get your vehicle plate from these guys
They dont seem genuine

Took ages for them to even ship the plate with the express service and I’ve still not got the plate. It’s been about a week now

I would give zero stars if I could.

3 times they sent me a rear plate and all 3 of them wasn't what I ordered. Won't give me a refund either. Absolutely awful experience.
Had to use a different company and guess what. They managed to get it right first time.

My son ordered 2 lots of plates and was given a tracking number from evri stating they would arrive in 2 days it's now 7 days in and still no delivery,yet u can't speak with no one in person regarding this matter,just getting robbed off by evri and plates express,I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere,disgusting service.

Ordered the express service. Was worried when I had an email stating that it was going to be delivered in 1 to 3 days by Evri (Hermes) as I've had bad experiences with them, and 3 days isn't what you expect when paying for an 'express' service.

However, the item actually arrived within 24 hours and I'm very happy with the reg plate. Thanks.

After sales was terrible. I wanted to re order a second plate but whoever read my email must have misunderstood and I got a stroppy reply so didn’t go ahead and buy a second plate

It took the best part of two weeks and 4 deliveries to get me the right product I ordered. I ordered a single oversize rear plate - I received a standard size pair of plates, another standard size pair of plates, a standard size rear plate and finally the oversize rear plate. Each time I emailed I got nothing more than a copy/pasted response and another dispatch notification. Eventually the plate arrived and it's fine, but it's a fairly normal number plate so nothing particularly exciting (or difficult to produce) so hard to give anything but 2/5 stars.
