I will not recommend you to get your vehicle plate from these guys
They dont seem genuine

Took ages for them to even ship the plate with the express service and I’ve still not got the plate. It’s been about a week now

I would give zero stars if I could.
Stay away.
3 times they sent me a rear plate and all 3 of them wasn't what I ordered. Won't give me a refund either. Absolutely awful experience.
Had to use a different company and guess what. They managed to get it right first time.

My son ordered 2 lots of plates and was given a tracking number from evri stating they would arrive in 2 days it's now 7 days in and still no delivery,yet u can't speak with no one in person regarding this matter,just getting robbed off by evri and plates express,I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere,disgusting service.

Ordered the express service. Was worried when I had an email stating that it was going to be delivered in 1 to 3 days by Evri (Hermes) as I've had bad experiences with them, and 3 days isn't what you expect when paying for an 'express' service.

However, the item actually arrived within 24 hours and I'm very happy with the reg plate. Thanks.

After sales was terrible. I wanted to re order a second plate but whoever read my email must have misunderstood and I got a stroppy reply so didn’t go ahead and buy a second plate

It took the best part of two weeks and 4 deliveries to get me the right product I ordered. I ordered a single oversize rear plate - I received a standard size pair of plates, another standard size pair of plates, a standard size rear plate and finally the oversize rear plate. Each time I emailed I got nothing more than a copy/pasted response and another dispatch notification. Eventually the plate arrived and it's fine, but it's a fairly normal number plate so nothing particularly exciting (or difficult to produce) so hard to give anything but 2/5 stars.

Great service, was kept updated what stage my order was at every point, perfectly packaged along side a fixing kit that I didn't expect.

Don’t order number plates from these people at all costs only way of contacting is via e mail no phone number and they just don’t get back unprofessional useless service and response quality is not great
either.

Do not order from these monkeys. Cancelled order within minutes of ordering because images would not upload and still won’t refund my money.
