Great experience!
Not sure why so many negative reviews, me and my sister have had a positive experience.
I ordered late Friday, recieved them Tuesday. I wouldn't expect delivery over the weekend.
Process was easy and I'm very happy with my plates, as is my sister.

Ordered the plates at 10am Friday
Ordered the plates at 10am Friday, expecting Saturday delivery. Especially as postage was not included and stated 24hour tracked.
Didn’t arrive Monday and now not arrived Tuesday.
I checked Royal Mail tracking and it still states they are waiting on the parcel to reach them. Seems like they print the label to create the tracking, then don’t send them till days later. Asked for a refund as ordered elsewhere now with next day delivery. Would advise to stay away and order elsewhere with some sort of service so you can actually get what you pay for. Company seem to blame Royal Mail a lot when in this case they didn’t send it!
*** reply***
The Royal Mail do not have the order with them, it’s not been handed over. And why is there no reply about my refund!

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment with your delivery. We always dispatch orders promptly, but once the parcels are handed over, any Royal Mail delays are unfortunately out of our hands. I completely understand how frustrating it is when tracking doesn’t update and it feels like nothing is moving.
We’re actively working with Royal Mail to try and minimise issues like this, as it’s important our customers get the service they expect.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Great service and price, delay due to courier
Ordered on a Sunday and received on a Thursday despite sending documents immediately. I understand this delay is due to the courier not the company, I believe they dispatched it on the Monday. But I’m writing this review so they are aware and can possibly use an alternative courier.

Damaged and bad quality
Unfortunately my number plates arrived damaged and the quality was really bad. The background edging was not even to shape of the plates and was over hanging all around! A letter was also not secured down. (4D gel plates)
