Subscription packages are misleading
Subscription packages are misleading. I tried to cancel within the first week when I realized how much it would be monthly and was told it would cost me $200. I paid to cut my losses then I look up and I am still being charged for nutrition services. I thought when I canceled the program that everything was cancelled, but that’s not the case. Very unhappy!

Nutrisense was life changing
The experience with NS has been great because it has given me insight into how my body functions including the processing of sugars. Elizabeth has been an amazing nutritionist who evaluates my data and offers excellent recommendations for improvements I can make. This system holds you accountable and it enabled me to lose about 5 lbs of menopause weight and build muscle effectively. I have maintained that loss for almost a year. I highly recommend this app because it was life changing for me. I feel much more informed about how my body functions and the physiological impacts my food and exercise choices make on my body.

She is very friendly. Its feels like a conversation not like you are getting judge . She gives a lot of information but breaks it down in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.

Great Nutritional Insight and Accountability
I’ve been using Nutrisense app daily and consultation weekly sonce the beginning of January 2026. I’m so happy with my progress already - I’m down 6 lbs and have a lot more energy. The goals are attainable and I’m feeling informed and motivated after meeting with my nutritionist. It is also completely covered by my insurance; which is amazing. I’m so excited to keep building healthy habits and getting into shape!
