We tested the Nuvanna mattress and it wasn't to our comfort so we sent an email to the company and all we got in reply is a computer reply that someone will contact us....that was 3 days ago !

can’t go wrong with a nuvanna
We got the Queen a few years ago so when we started shopping for a king, there was really no other better option then another Nuvanna! No complaints, very comfortable.

We couldn't be happier with our…
We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We sleep on Nuvanna at home (3yrs), at our beach house (4yrs) and with this new addition to our guest room, now our guests can experience the best night sleep on a Nuvanna mattress!! This was our first time using the Nuvanna Foundation Base and I was impressed by the ease of setup and it's looks great too. I highly recommend Nuvanna!

Love my mattress
This bed is extremely comfortable. I’ve had it for one week and have slept well every night. The whole process was extremely easy and I am glad I did not have to go to the mattress store. I highly recommend it!

King sized mattress and foundation
Purchased a king sized mattress and foundation recently. The foundation was very easy to put together quickly. The mattress has been easy to adapt to from an old spring mattress. The top is very soft, but has the underlying firmness we were looking for. Great mattress, great price!

Perfect Mattress for Various Needs
The Nuvanna mattress is a great product. As someone who has a herniated L5 disc, I needed a mattress that helps improve my ability to sleep without causing additional back pain. Nuvanna's mattress does exactly that. Additionally, my wife and I are both emit excess heat when asleep. Nuvanna's material enables the mattress to dissipate heat, which is very helpful for us as well. This brand is worth looking into if you are looking for a new mattress. Full disclosure: I do have a tempur-pedic mattress as well, but due to the heat concern that my wife and I have, we have moved the tempur pedic mattress to a guest bedroom and use our Nuvanna mattress in our bedroom.
After trying this mattress out and falling in love with it, my brother and sister in law also purchased a Nuvanna mattress for their new home, which they have been very happy with as well.

Floated the whole night and woke up feeling great!
I love the convenient and fast delivery. It was really needed, I’ve suffered with chronic back pain all my life along with a blood circulation disorder. One thing I can say is I know a bad mattress when I lay on it and I know a good one with I float on it and caressed with a soothing lullaby and wake you in the morning feeling great! Thanks for that latter situation because your mattress definitely had me feeling great!

Shipping was good
Shipping was good. I did away with an expensive mattress to go back to foam. So far, it is providing superior rest. We will see how resilient the foam is over time but so far very satisfied.

I'm past the trial period and am going to be buying a new mattress. Also, I took the cover off yesterday and the zipper broke instantly.

Hi Shawn - Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry the mattress didn't workout for you. As explained on the website, the mattress contains 3 layers of foam, each one very distinct from the other. The memory foam layer is the middle layer with 2 inches. The main function for that layer is to minimize motion transfer and to serve as a transition layer between the softer (phase change cool foam on top) and the support for at the bottom. We are proud to have one of the lowest return rates on the market. However, we understand comfort is subjective and the comfort profile of the Nuvanna mattress may not be ideal for you. Right to the point.... Nuvanna is the best mattress I've ever had. Every night when I get into bed, the thought crosses my mind how grateful I am for finding out about and purchasing our Nuvanna mattress. Who would've thought a mattress that is delivered to your door in a box could so far surpass anything you'd find in a brick and mortar mattress store; but it does. It far exceeds our expectations.

Hi Karel - thanks for your review and feedback. I'm sorry the mattress did not meet your firmness expectations. A couple of observations relative to firmness: Sometimes when you give it some extra time, your body will adjust and you may have a different perception. The important thing is for your body to be supported and your spine properly aligned. But obviously it cannot be at the expense of individual comfort. Alternatively, if you would like, we can send you a 2" topper (same material as the first layer of the mattress), free of charge, and you can place it on top of the mattress to make it softer.
