Eco Geek Avis

We recently had EPIC completed by James J. He was extremely professional, smooth easy transaction and a quick turn around with the report/Certificate.. thank you ,
We would recommend and use your service again

I had James out today, doing a survey to see if i qualify for insulation. He was so professional, very knowledgeable and really thorough, whilst also being so lovely and friendly, and made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked in, as he knew i was a little anxious about possibly needing such a big job done so close to christmas. Just such a really friendly guy. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Eco geek did an EPC at my property. Booking was easy I contacted them via the gov.Uk website and they were very accommodating to my availability so close to Christmas. They were punctual, they were polite, pleasant, professional and gave advice how to better the energy performance of my property. They were reasonably priced too and gave excellent customer service throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and I am planning to use them again myself in the future.

Spoke to both Danny & Ben - both very helpful & explained procedures/tips & advice given. Arrived on time as arranged with no problems - would definitely recommend- have already done so! Great customer service - made everything simple & easy - very happy

Sale of property held up due to a minor error on EPC needing urgent correction. Danny gave this matter priority and produced an amended EPC within hours despite his callouts. Much appreciated & highly recommended.

Matt was a great advert for his company - professional , polite and very helpful explaining the whole process to someone who - after 44 years out of the housing market - didn't have a clue . He made everything painless ! Highly recommended .

Great service! Very speedy responses. 5 Stars all round!

Excellent service, Matt was very prompt, and professional. He explained the process clearly, carried out his assessment thoroughly, and posted the EPC online the following day. I would gladly use his services again.

I needed an EPC quickly to renew a tenancy, and contacted Dan at Eco Geek. He had arranged to be out to complete in less than 48 hours, and had the certificate uploaded as soon as possible.
They were really friendly, knowledgeable and great value for money. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends, family and colleagues.

I’m a landlord of a property and contacted Matt for an EPC. Made it very easy for me just give the tenant his number to contact and arrange appointment. All sorted very professionally and was easy to pay through his email. Thanks Matt will be definitely using you again and passing your number on. Thanks Dave Thomas.

Appointment made promptly and the inspection was not intrusive with the report following quickly afterwards. Thank you.

Great communication, friendly service, easy dashboard to send messages or reschedule appointment. Quick turnaround also had everything needed within 24 hours.
