So helpful and friendly!
Went into the Waterfoot branch and met Lee and Jake. I had no idea what I really needed and was a little nervous because I didn’t want to come across as ‘clueless’ 😂
Anyway, they told me what I’d need and sent me to Steve to get the wood required, he showed me the ranges and how told me how much I would need etc.
I was so glad I went! The guys were helpful, friendly and I wouldn’t think twice about going again.

Timber received in excellent condition; delivered nicely. Pity the delivery period was not shorter but the company met the date offered at the time of purchase.

Ease of ordering
Easy to order online, excellent value and products as described. Delivery was a week earlier than promised. Delivery guy's always helpful and polite. Have ordered twice before and the help and service offered has been great. Delivery is reasonable also.

Great Service
Out standing customer service from all the team, order placed online, delivery arranged by the transport team, delivery driver was very helpful and delivered with the upmost care.
First class service from them all at a very good price.

Great timber, great prices!
As per usual the timber is great quality and prices are good. Delivery person is friendly and helpful. The new reminder system the day beforehand helps.
Only stumbling point is the turnaround on delivery time. I usually have to wait 7-10 days as standard with NWTT. Other suppliers I use operate a 48hr turnaround making it easier to complete ongoing jobs.
Overall I'm a very happy customer.
