Disappointing outcome
A great product and efficient customer care however I was very disappointed with the response regarding the discount code, which felt very disingenuous.
I forgot to apply the discount code, customer care said this was no problem it could be applied retrospectively. However the code disappears after having been viewed and cannot be returned to. Customer care were unable to issue a new code or assist in retrieving it. I had placed a large order and this was a very disappointing outcome.
