Great customer service
Ordered the Soho lighting brushed brass sockets and switches. Lovely products. The wrong faceplate was on the usb charger socket. This issue was quickly resolved and a replacement arrived the next day.

Good quality switches and sockets, but avoid returning anything
Good quality switches and sockets, albeit pricey.
But the refunding process is a joke, 3 x weeks after product arrived back to them, it is still not refunded. So make sure you know what you order and in the right quantity, otherwise be prepared to wait and chase for your money back
