Good products, but a bit expensive, and issues with the order
Products are aesthetically very nice to look at, and seem to be the only ones on the market for certain things, but the dimmer modules have a noticeable lag to them, and have had issues with my order for the second time now, needing a replacement part, which is very poor for something at this expensive price point.

We’re really sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your order. As soon as you let us know about the missing switch insert, the team arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately, and we’re pleased we were able to resolve that quickly.
Regarding the dimmer behaviour, the modules use soft-start technology that gently brings the lights up over 1-2 seconds. This is an intentional feature and is noted in the product description.
One of our team will reach out to make sure yours has been installed and set up correctly, just to ensure everything is working exactly as it should.

Good price and obviously just what I needed, the Dimmer is useful for dimming my shower room ceiling lights which had been too bright if you are just having a pee at night.

Highly recommended seller
Ordered some batten fittings but wrong item was received. When I contacted Elesi they were quick to resolve the problem. Correct fittings where received the next day and return incorrect item was easy. Highly recommended seller.

Excellent service.
I ordered some brushed steel sockets from elesi and found the site easy to use. Sockets were delivered promptly and were extremely well packaged. I expect them to look great when fitted.

Had such a good experience. Had to send my order back as the colour was not quite what I needed. Customer service was great. I made a replacement order and that was with me so quickly. The products are stunning. Will be back as we have a whole house to kit out with switches and sockets.
