good company
good experience with "nwtt", delivery was good some of the bags of 10mm limestone that I ordered on the delivery's was ripped/torn but I suppose that happens, I would be happy to pay the extra for better quality bags so the 10mm stone didn't go on my lawn, this is not to criticise the company it is just a suggestion

Great products
Great products, great prices. What else would you want! The quality of the fence panels provided are a significant upgrade to some I'd previously bought from another timber merchant (ST) and we're cheaper with a quicker lead time.
Had to carry them myself from front to rear garden as the driver was possibly in a hurry.

I phoned to check that what I needed…
I phoned to check that what I needed was in stock before I went to collect from Lymm.
However, when I arrived I learned that the stock was at Ashton and not at Lymm.
Apparently the call was diverted to Ashton.
A wasted journey.

During peak trading periods, calls are automatically diverted to our Head Office to help ensure no enquiries are missed and that all customers receive a prompt response. Unfortunately, it appears an error occurred on this occasion, and we’re very sorry for that.
We’re taking steps to ensure all of our teams are fully briefed on accurately checking stock availability to prevent situations such as this from happening again.

delivery was on time done by a driver that had a smile on his face, comunicated clearly, polite and helpful. This guy met all these easily. Would definitely use again with this quality of service.

I ordered most of the supplies on line and it was done quickly.all products were handled well no damages or breakages. Delivery was on time and placed on my drive curfully.I didn't have any problems.good staff to deal with.Than you G Tipping.

FANTASTIC
What can I say, FANTASTIC. First time we have used this company & wont be the last. Helped decide what amount of stone we needed for the garden, delivered as promised on time. Delivery driver was outstanding at his job, we thought they’d just put on drive way but he asked where we planned to put it and used his crane to pour stone into the areas we wanted it, he even swept up any stone that went on the path. Such a great friendly guy aswell. What should have taken a week to shovel from bulk bag to garden took us an hour to spread it all out, saved us a massive job. Quality of stone great aswell. Thank you we will use you again for sure! Highly recommend

Excellent service and the quality of the items received was perfect, I've never been let down by these guys. I'm a sucker for a bargain and despite looking for cheaper elsewhere I can never find anything that comes close.
