NxtJob Avis

I would strongly advise others not to join this service. It has been a complete waste of money. Despite multiple attempts to contact the account manager, support team, and even the founder, Richik, I have received no response from anyone.

The level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Once you make the payment, it seems nobody takes responsibility or bothers to address your concerns.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone. Think twice before spending your money here. If anyone going to enrolling, pls connect with me on my mail (available on Google reviews)
before to pay, and they creating hyp after webinar today this course on very high discount and they give you offer if you don't money you just pay 5-6 k to booked your sheet but nothing is like that, they conducting webinar frequently every time they said same thing,

i am happy to explain what's exactly they are provide which is totally different from wat they claim, they will saying everything is automated but nothing will automated you have to do your self without paying.

Others people also facing same issues. Who enrolled in same period when I joined.

Beware of NxtJob's Sw!tch Program – An Expensive Trap!

Major Richik is a smooth talker who makes big promises to professionals seeking career opportunities, but the actual delivery falls far short. The supposedly differentiated AI tools offer little that you couldn't build yourself using readily available AI tools in a day or two.

Don't rely on any of the verbal commitments, especially refund promises.** Insist on a proper payment receipt which they don't issue and ensure that **all terms, conditions, deliverables and refund commitments are documented in writing and formally signed by Major Richik and shared to you before making any payment.**

**My advice:** Do not get carried away by polished sales pitches, impressive claims or promises of career transformation. Demand clear deliverables, written refund terms and demonstrable value before paying.

**Save your money. Don't fall for the sales pitch!**

I had a very positive experience with this organization and would highly recommend it to job seekers looking for the right career opportunities and professional guidance.

What stands out is their commitment to understanding an individual's skills, experience, career aspirations, and professional goals. Their approach goes beyond simply helping candidates find jobs; they focus on improving overall job readiness, building confidence, and preparing individuals to present themselves effectively in the competitive job market.

The team is professional, supportive, and approachable, providing valuable guidance throughout the job search journey. Their insights into resume building, interview preparation, personal branding, and career positioning can make a meaningful difference for candidates at different stages of their careers.

I particularly appreciate their focus on helping job seekers identify their strengths, communicate their value effectively, and approach opportunities with greater clarity and confidence.

In today's competitive employment landscape, having the right guidance and support can be a significant advantage. This organization demonstrates a genuine commitment to empowering job seekers and helping them take informed steps toward their career goals.

Overall, it is a valuable platform for anyone seeking career guidance, professional development, and support in navigating their job search journey. I wish the entire team continued success in helping more professionals achieve their career aspirations.

nxtjob.ai its been more than 3 weeks i have placed the request for cancellation of subscription and refund havent heard about the same. Your company is the worst and its a bunch of scammers I would not even recommend you guys to even an emeny of mine. Horrible bunch of people Who dont responds when cancellation is required. They give false advertisements and charge you more than the amount mentioned. I have been chasing my money more than 3 weeks now

Great platform for job seekers! NxtJob AI makes the job search much easier with helpful AI-powered tools, especially for finding relevant opportunities and improving your resume. The experience has been smooth and genuinely useful. Highly recommended for anyone actively looking for their next career opportunity!

I am genuinely struggling to get in touch with your team regarding the discussion about your services, and I am becoming quite frustrated with the lack of response.
There does not seem to be a customer/contact number where I can speak with someone directly, and I have already sent two emails without receiving a response. I understand that your team may be busy, but it is becoming very difficult to get even a basic response or arrange a discussion.
I am genuinely interested in availing your services, particularly because I attended your bootcamp and liked the agent-based approach. However, before proceeding, I need to clarify my requirements regarding a Germany-focused job search, including multiple German job portals and company career websites—not just LinkedIn.
Could someone from your team please contact me or respond to my email at the earliest so that we can discuss this?
If I continue to receive no response, I may have to share my experience publicly on social media regarding how difficult it has been to get in touch with your team.
I hope we can resolve this directly and professionally.
Regards,
Mohammed

I had a very good experience with NxtJob.ai. They helped me find a great job opportunity and achieve a big jump in my career and salary.

Their guidance and support during the interview process were very helpful. They understood my experience and helped me present myself better during the interviews.

I really appreciate their professional approach, regular support, and interview guidance. Their help gave the tools which helped me in CV prepartion SWOT Analysis, WIN Presentation, Salary negotiation which gave more confidence in getting this opportunity.

Thank you to the NxtJob.ai team for all your support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a better career opportunity.

Great tool and knowledge to work with. Absolutely success rate.

One of the most meaningful sessions I’ve attended on career coaching.

What I really appreciated was the change in the traditional way of searching for a job—simple, practical and powered by AI, but without unnecessary drama or course-selling.

The entire approach is about genuinely helping people, changing their mindset and giving them a practical strategy they can actually use.

So much detailed and useful information in one session. If someone is seriously studying and building a career in this field, this is definitely worth learning.

For me, this has been one of the best career coaching sessions I’ve attended so far. I’ll definitely be enrolling.

I joined NxtJob while I was actively looking for a new opportunity, and honestly, the support has been much more valuable than I initially expected. The job search can get quite frustrating, especially when you are applying to multiple roles and not getting the results you expect.

What I really appreciated about NxtJob was that the support wasn't limited to just finding jobs. They helped me with networking, understanding how to approach opportunities, preparing for detailed interviews, and even salary negotiation. Having someone to guide you through the entire process makes a big difference.

The interview preparation was particularly useful because it helped me understand how to present my experience better and approach questions with more clarity and confidence. The guidance around salary negotiation was also something I found genuinely practical.

Overall, my experience with NxtJob has been very positive. If you're seriously looking for a job and want structured support rather than just another job portal, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

It was a great experience. An Excellent company which helped me get a job quickly in just 30 days through their comprehensive program under guidance from Major Richik using new age 9 AI Agents and other eye opening and never seen strategies. Would surely recommend Job seekers struggling to find a job to enroll in this course and change your future. At the end, My account manager - Jazaa asked all the right questions to uncover insights from my job search success journey.

Nxtjob does not only show the way, they also handhold you in the overall journey by following you up if you enrol in their program. They assign the point of contact who guides you in your networking efforts for job search.

Overall platform is great for modern day job search, Automation with Linkedinn and other job portals, which makes networking and Job seraching easier, Nova platform, which manages and tracks your job serach, well established community and weekly support system is great advanatge. i recommend everyone to use this platform for modern day job search.

I had a great experience with NxtJob during my job search. Their approach goes far beyond resume reviews—they focus on building a strong personal brand, strategic networking, and creating meaningful connections with recruiters and hiring managers.

The guidance on outreach, referrals, and interview preparation was practical, personalized, and actionable. What stood out most was the emphasis on relationship-building rather than simply applying to jobs. I also appreciated the continuous support, constructive feedback, and encouragement from the mentors and the leadership team throughout the process.

If you're looking for a structured and proactive approach to your job search, I'd definitely recommend NxtJob. Their strategies can help you navigate the market with much more confidence and purpose.

I am truly grateful to Nextjob for their guidance throughout my career transition. Their support was insightful and eye‑opening, helping me realize my true potential. With their push, I successfully changed my job after spending 20 years in the same company—achieving my dream CTC, something I had never imagined for myself as I had been underestimating my abilities for far too long.

A special shout‑out to Harish, my account manager, who guided me with patience and expertise through all five interview rounds.

I strongly recommend this program to anyone who hasn’t updated their resume in years or has been away from the job market for a long time. Nextjob’s approach can truly transform your career journey.

My 85K + loan interest has gone waste. AI had told the exact same thing. Still I spent for their subscription due to the situation I was in, since the sales person told me they have been able to help similar professionals earlier and will be able to help me too.
I am still in the same job that I was looking to quit asap at that time (1.5 years ago) and still have 3 more months of EMIs to go.
- Some people have literally scolded and made me feel super embarassed on LinkedIn due to the LinkedIn messages their interns sent to them from my ID
- Personalization in handholding and support was extremely low though that has to be the main game changer (like 30 kids attending a one hour tuition under one teacher during the same time)
- accountability non existent (had there been a little bit of that I'd have given 2 stars atleast)
- Their leadership promised me something later when I reached out for help, still expecting them to help maybe after seeing this review (will gladly take this away once I get a new job with the help - remember, I have already paid)

Suggestion to their team: Reduce the fees by 50% minimum for new clients to get profitable by selling the resume making software and teaching the tricks. Don't charge so hefty amounts since people who buy are either going to lose their salaries or are already not earning. Paap lagega.

Kudos: Awesome sales people they have and have done a great job to be able to sell a free-with-AI course for a premium price (This is not sarcastic, I actually admire this and am complementing for real)

pathetic... crap.. you can skip this... honestly, total waste of money... only lectures and videos, no output.. everything you only have to do, and with overwhelming information and tasks to perform, you'll end up doing these all through out the day.. it is good only if you are from IT industry, it might help some, but for other industries, I'd say, " Don't waste your money." specifically if you are building relations with one level up or higher professionals.

My experience with NXT Job has been very positive and meaningful. The team brought a structured approach to my job search journey — right from understanding my experience, refining my profile positioning, improving the resume, and preparing me to communicate my strengths effectively.

What I appreciated most was the clarity, discipline, and continuous guidance throughout the process. It was not just about finding an opportunity, but about presenting 25+ years of experience in the right way to the right audience.

The journey required effort from both sides, and with the support of the NXT Job team, I was able to approach opportunities with more confidence and preparation.

Thank you to the entire team for the mentorship and support during this important career transition.

It gave me the confidence to achieve my target. The faculty is great and the resources are pure gold. Please go for it.
