NxtJob Avis

Charmi has been an excellent mentor who really helped me get my foundation master sheet done properly, which gave me clarity and confidence to move forward. She always emphasized the importance of networking, and I now see how crucial it is for growth.

What I appreciated most was her honesty, she pointed out what went wrong without hesitation, and encouraged me to apply feedback properly. This made me more accountable and focused. Her guidance was not only professional but also practical, ensuring I learned and improved with each step.
Overall, I’m very grateful for her support and the valuable lessons I’ve gained through this mentorship.

I reached out to NxtJob when I was confused about whether to continue in the same industry or try something new. The sessions helped me map out the pros and cons in a structured way. They didn’t sugarcoat things, which I appreciated, but gave practical ways to position my skills. Their resume builder was also very effective in simplifying my profile. I feel more confident now in my career direction.

I had been applying for jobs for months without much success, and working with Nxtjob finally gave me a clear strategy. They helped me identify my strengths and also pointed out areas I was overlooking. The resume suggestions made my profile look more professional, and the mock interviews were practical. What I liked was how they customized advice instead of giving generic tips. Definitely worth the time if you want structured guidance.

NxtJob gave me a much-needed roadmap for my applications. Earlier, I felt lost and scattered, but their team broke down the process step by step. The resume revamp was especially impactful, the before-and-after difference was huge. Interview preparation was equally valuable; I learned how to keep my answers focused and avoid rambling. I also liked how they provided small but powerful tips on networking and positioning myself better on LinkedIn. It was not about quick tricks, but about building sustainable habits in job search. I had to put in the work, but their structure kept me consistent. I would call it a mix of career guidance and skill-building, which worked well for me.

When I started, I was lost between job hunting and figuring out how to position myself. During the course, I've learnt how to put my skill set to use and how to market it. How to put the accomplishments on a resume and how to best way to use it during the interview. After spending a considerable time, i can now say I am a confident man who knows how to position myself.

I can’t thank NxtJob.ai enough for the transformation they’ve brought to my job search journey! 🙌 Their program is brilliantly structured – it’s not just about helping you get a job right now, it’s about teaching you the lifetime skill of cracking the job search code 🔑.

From the very beginning, the focus has been on complete professional development – everything from mindset to strategy to execution. The AI tools they provide are cutting-edge and constantly updated with the latest technology 🤖✨, making the process faster, smarter, and more effective.

A huge shoutout to my Account Manager, Fayeza, and the entire NxtJob.ai team – your support has been nothing short of outstanding 💯. Always responsive, always encouraging, and truly invested in my success ❤️.

If you want to upgrade your career search skills forever, this is the place to be! 🚀💼

I reached out to the nxtjob team mainly for help with building a strong resume and understanding how to position myself in a niche role in manufacturing sector. The feedback was practical and not filled with fluff. I appreciated how they pointed out blind spots in my approach. It made me rethink how I present myself to recruiters. Would recommend for resume clarity and niche strategy.

NextJob has truly been a game-changer in my career journey. They deeply understand what recruiters and hiring managers look for and they guide you accordingly. From the start, they helped me present my experience in the right way, focusing on what truly matters.

One of the most valuable parts of the process was creating CAR (Challenge-Action-Result) statements. This requires you to go back to your very first job, analyze your journey, identify your core skills, and articulate your impact. It’s not just about preparing for interviews, it’s about rediscovering your professional self.

Their structured approach helped me land multiple interviews, and I’m happy to share that I’ve secured a new role with a 40% salary hike and a double promotion. I highly recommend NextJob to anyone serious about their career growth.

With Nxtjob I learnt Networking, Negotiation skills for salary, and how important it is to keep upskilling yourself. I will surely recommend it to my friends.

I had an extremely good experience with Charmi as my assigned coach and Vinayak as the intern. Truly a dream team and things started working from the 6th week itself. Charmi' calm and composed attitude alongwith her expertise is an asset in the process. Very grateful for the experience.
For those who are joining this program, I will definitely suggest you to be patient and work on the assigned tasks for the first 4 weeks. Know that this will be instrumental in your success.

I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the entire NxtJob team. This journey has been full of ups and downs, but having Charmi, Janvi, Pranav, and Avensha by my side made all the difference.

A special thank you to Charmi for her timely guidance, calm presence, and friendly approach. She was always available with clear insights and practical advice that truly helped me stay grounded and focused.

Thank you also to Major Richik for the wonderful content that made me reflect, reframe, and move forward. The depth and clarity of thought in every module was remarkable.

To Janvi, Pranav, and Avensha, I am truly grateful for your good work and support, encouragement, and positive energy throughout.

This experience helped me rebuild confidence and stay steady through uncertainty. I feel supported, and that means a lot. Thank you, sincerely. Abhimanyu

Thanks team, the way you have guided me through SWOT analysis & interview prep in a way that made sense for my industry is completely game changing. There were some areas I had to revisit more than once, but the feedback was always specific. It was not an instant result but the methods were structured & effective. You guyss were always patient with my questions. I would suggest it to anyone looking to seriously fast track their job search process.

Nxtjob is doing a great job helping candidates crack interviews. I am in gratitude that they helped me achieve a dream job in Dubai with the help of WIN slides.

It made a difference in my career from Bangalore to Dubai under all odds and impossible situations.

I was an entrepreneur for 1.5 yrs and wanted to get back to job. Got equivalent offer as in last working job and a dream beginning in Dubai.

Thank you nxt job team.

I opted for NxtJob during my job search in recent past. I found their approach very constructive with a higher chance of achieving the desired results. The key is to follow the guidelines, strategies and their process to make it most effective. It might look little tiring at the beginning, however the moment things started working it becomes more relevant, visible and effective. I opted for doing most of the actions myself which gives more confidence in the journey with NxtJob, even if it takes additional time and efforts. I wish NxtJob team and job seekers all the best.

It was a wonderful experience and team efforts. Lots of learning and the tools provided helped a lot and the resume enhancements were top notch. 1 point less since the AI tools are not fully matured or have some bugs , hope they will be enhanced further and improved in future.

I wasn’t sure if this would work for someone like me who is stuck in the same role for years, doing hands-on work that often gets overlooked. But Nxtjob genuinely surprised me. It gave me structure, real strategies, and the kind of push I didn’t even realize I needed. The networking system, the GPT tools, the check-ins all of it came together in a way that made me feel in control of my job search for the first time.

I went from feeling invisible to leading a team as Foreman and AO Head at Vedansh Infra Services. This program didn’t just change my resume, it changed how I approached the whole process. If you’re skeptical, I get it. But for me, this was a game changer.

I recently tried NxtJob.ai and was pleasantly surprised by how it simplifies the job search process using AI-driven recommendations. The platform is modern, fast, and tailored well for professionals looking to stand out in today’s competitive job market.

What I liked: AI-based Matching, Resume Feedback, Easy-to-Use UI, SWOT analysis, Tailored resume on CAR method.
NxtJob.ai is a great tool for modern job seekers looking to leverage AI to streamline their search and improve their chances. It's definitely worth trying if you want smarter, personalized job hunting.

I would like to mention about Charmi Barot my profile manager and Tanish, Arnobhab my account handler being so approachable in each phase made my job search experience such a bliss.

Great module. Efficient team. Good support

I joined NxtJob after struggling with the usual job search methods, mostly relying on “Easy Apply” and free resume tools, but not getting interviews. Their approach was very different from other programs I’d seen.

The biggest value for me came from understanding how recruiters think. Their guidance on customizing resumes, optimizing LinkedIn, and preparing for interviews gave me a much better strategy. The WIN document was especially useful as it helped me clearly communicate my experience and results.

What stood out was the foundation stage. It pushed me to reflect on my skills and achievements in a more structured way, which also helped during interviews. I felt more confident and prepared overall.

As a result, I got an offer from an MNC with a 25% salary increase. I also had two other interviews in the pipeline at the time.

If you're looking for a practical, well-structured program, not just generic advice, NxtJob is worth considering.

My NxtJob experience is more than just job search strategies — I’ve gained life lessons that I know will stay with me throughout every job search ever in my career.

The course is so thoughtfully and comprehensively designed, covering every critical aspect of the job search journey — from rebuilding confidence and strategic networking to reflecting deeply on each action taken. It’s not just about finding the next role; it’s about transforming how you approach the process itself.

A heartfelt thank you to Major Richik for curating such a powerful learning experience. The depth of insight, the real-time relevance, and the constant encouragement made an incredible difference — especially during a time when I felt like I was close to sinking. I honestly struggle to put into words how impactful it has been.

I'm also deeply grateful to Pranav and Fayeza for their timely support and guidance at key moments along the way. Special thanks to my intern, Ipshita, for her patience, dedication, and quiet strength behind the scenes.

To the entire NxtJob team — congratulations on the incredible impact you’re making. It’s more than a program — it’s a lifeline. And I’ll always be thankful I found it when I did.
