Nycglass718 Avis

Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order and never got what I paid for. When I reached out for help, I was brushed off with a careless “it is what it is,” like my money didn’t matter.

No refund, no replacement, just attitude and excuses. And don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star review they’re clearly fake. My experience was the complete opposite of what those reviews claim.

What’s worse is they’re still accepting new orders while ignoring past customers. That says everything about how this business is run.

I’m writing this so others don’t get scammed like I did. Stay far away

I loved everything

I've been ordering from them for a long time.Thee stuff comes in three,e two, four daysandan good staan always call when then stI've been ordering from them for quite a while now, and I really appreciate how quickly they deliver my items—usually within two to four days. It’s great that they also take the time to call and let me know when something is out of stock. Their communication makes the whole experience much easier.I've been ordering from them for quite a while now, and I really appreciate how quickly they deliver my items—usually within two to four days. I love this company. Their customer service is great. Shipments are fast and their prices are really really good. I hardly ever go to an in person dispensary these days, (and I live in the East Village so they're are a lot around me!) - because NYCGLASS718 has what I need and usually at a better price. I love them! Great company. I would highly recommend!

They sell items they can’t deliver and then insult you when you ask for help!
These people don’t deserve to be in business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

If you like wasting your money, go ahead and order. I got nothing but attitude and excuses.

I placed an order, never received it, and when I asked for help, I was met with sarcasm and insults. Instead of solving the issue, they accused me of entering the wrong address (which was correct) and refused to contact USPS. Even though tracking shows the package stuck in their own zip code for over a month.

They take your money, put zero effort into fixing shipping problems, and treat customers with total disrespect. This is not just bad service. It’s a scam.

Avoid this site at all costs.

Fast shipping and great products. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Hard to find a place that ships to NYC. This place does. That's the best part. Ordered some kiks from here.

Quick and fast shipping! So glad I found this website!

They have a lot of great products for good and reasonable prices

Peak website love the assortment of products and the relatively fast shipping

Been using for a little bit now and have no complaints really. Shipping is pretty quick. Can't go wrong.

NYC Glass has been the only site online that I’ve been able to find the disposable vape and flavor that I’m looking for, that not even vape shops near me carry anymore. The website was easy to navigate and I’m happy to support!

Nyc718Glass is the best, they ship fast, and delivery is equally as fast. I Love The Stiiizy Gummies 1500mg. They work, they're enjoyable, they're great for aches and pain.

Everything was easy to access and the product was exactly what I was looking for and even a bit better
