If I could give zero stars, I would. Their return policy is a joke. They sent me a jacket that looked nothing like the one on their website when they sold it to me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company AND pay $16 return shipping because this company sent me the wrong product. The credit card company agreed with my dispute.

Diamond in the Ruff!! I been looking for a certain style of Jacket for a long time now,when I found something similar that I liked ,It was either sold out or I was too late!! So I did a Google lens Search and found exactly what I was looking for at NYJacket!! I placed my order and got instant response with guidance on my order from start to finish and they did not mess around when they sent it to me, it arrived very quickly and I am extremely happy! I purchased red jacket (parka) inspired from GB frozen empire and first and foremost I just want to say the customer service is very accommodating to any requests.
The jacket is very well made and feels great, and also is warm. I am currently sewing all my patches on it to get it ready for our St Patrick's parade.

I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for an affordable great looking jacket to fit your ghostbusting needs!

Hello America and the rest of the world I would like to give my feedback on an item that was just purchased from NY jacket. I purchased a brown Muhammad Ali the greatest of all time jacket. It’s a letterman jacket Chenille Patches are very very good and the monograms are exactly correct. The price for this jacket is very reasonable and I’m very happy with the purchase.

I ordered my package and it was shipped and received as ordered. As my jacket was custom made the processing time was, I presume, the time to make my jacket. Once this was made I received an update on shipping information and it was received promptly. As for my jacket it is quickly becoming my new favorite item to wear. It is warm and comfortable and looks to be of high quality, but at a much nicer price point then similar jackets from other sellers. I would definatly buy again and may do so soon.

Great quality jacket that fits true to size. My only issue is that we paid $30.00 to have item shipped "expedited", and it took 10 days to deliver. ORDER EARLY!

I had recently purchased the Cyberpunk 2077 Akira jacket and its been so great to wear that I'm in the process of getting another jacket by them! The tags match the website and the inner material is better than any leather jacket I've gotten local. Only con is the LEDs take 3 18650 lithium batteries that are quite spendy(around 50 for 3), but with a little love the connection can be changed to a USB for portable phone chargers😁 all the other Cyberpunk jackets on the internet are pretty awful or wildly expensive and don't come with LEDs. They're definitely worth it if you're considering!

Ordered on 2/28 received on 3/8. I was very sceptical. Ordered the eagles coat worn by jalen hurts. Came looking exactly how it should great stitching and has a lightweight inside liner I thought it might come flimsy, definitely the opposite. Only thing is I will have to wash before wearing cause it has a moth ball smell, but I won’t complain because the jacket is bomb

NY jacket team was very responsive to all my questions and concerns about my AlB chishiya jacket! When it came I was super excited and it looked pretty spot on! I recommend, If you have any concerns about your order they can help you out and everyone be on the same page

Agree with others on here stay away from this company. They say easy returns which is a lie. Don’t like the quality of sweater I purchased and they are giving me the run around about refunding me my money. What a scam. And the sweater was $69!

I ordered the Aphmau hoodie in size
Women’s XS. What I received was a giant (larger than men’s XL) sweatshirt with a horrible vinyl press job full of wrinkles. Worst product I have ever received online. They claim 100% money back but that is a lie and shipped from oversees, even though they post a Texas address. They didn’t take ownership of the defective item they sent to me, made me pay shipping to return and then charged me restocking fees. Stay far away from this company.

I ordered The Equalizer S03 Queen Latifah Jacket, the last week of November and it arrived yesterday. A few days late, because of the holiday season. The staff was great in keeping me informed of the status. It’s everything I thought it would be. It’s as beautiful in person as it is on the screen. The quality of the fabric is great and the craftsmanship of the jacket is of high quality, as well as the packaging. I love it! It looks good on me. It took a little longer than expected( about 3 weeks) but definitely worth the wait! Came exactly as the picture and very good material. Fit perfect, I got a 2x to get it a little oversized and fits like a leather jacket.

Dont assume you can get a refund no matter what
after 7 days of talking to them they went full circle and said I was past the refund window and couldnt get a refund anymore they also recommended some methods to fix the product and then claimed I had affected the product directly even tho the method used was just placing a bag of charcoal in the same room as the product to absorb the odor...
After they refused to refund me they stopped replying to all mails
