I bought a David Martinez jacket off this site because I saw someone on tiktok who bought one. I was a little nervous that it was too good to be true, but I am extremely impressed and satisfied. The jacket quality is super super nice, seems to be a very real leather. I bought the version with LEDs and that was an easy hook up, with those being super bright and quality. The shipping was great, customer service was phenomenal, everything about this experience was great. I even tried to ask for a sponsorship because I will be back and showing their work to everyone!!!

I ordered this and had no idea it was coming from overseas... I am in Houston, TX USA. So, the shipping was very quick to my surprise. I purchased a Houston Astros sweater. I am happy with the quality and it is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was great. I emailed them several times to check on my order and they responded everytime. Again, the quality of my Houston Astros sweater is amazing.

I was a little skeptical about ordering but what I got was worth it. the Jacket is very soft and well made. Both Chrissy and H Tigers is embroidery and the strips on the sleeve are stitched on. It has pockets. I went with the free 12-14 day shipping and it showed up less then a week. I was quite shocked on how fast it go here.

I'm 5'1" and chest size 34B, I went with a Medium and it's a little oversized so it's perfect for wearing over a costume

The jacket came and it was fantastic, a great fabric really detailed and a perfect fit. I opted for fast delivery as I needed it last minute for a convention and it came on time. Even when it was dispatched it only took around 3 days to arrive across the world. People are continually asking me where I got my amazing Chrissy hoodie from so obviously other people are noticing the quality too! So grateful will 100% purchase again

DO NOT order from them. If it doesn't fit or you have any hesitation, you cannot get a full refund, you have to pay for shipping yourself and it's questionable whether they will actually refund you. Just a warning.

This was my first time ordering from NY Jackets, and I must say that I'm very thrilled with my order. I got the Dr. Ivo Robotnik Trench Coat, and the quality is excellent! It even came in a great bag for the coat. The wait time did seem long since I ordered on April 27th, 2022, but then I received my order on May 20th.

Although the wait time was three weeks and two days, it didn't seem to matter in the end. And during that time, I did message NY Jackets for any questions I had, and they responded by letting me know what was going on with my order.

I understand that NY Jackets is a growing business, so hopefully, this review helps.

The store has very good products, of high quality and a very good service, all the attention I received from them is excellent, the products they sell are like in the photos and also of very good quality.

I am SO pleased with the jacket! Not only is the quality amazing, but it looks identical to the jacket in the TV show.

I purchase Yelena Belova's Patchwork coat from Hawkeye and it's so beautiful.

Even though they are a small business I ordered a jacket to las Vegas, NV and when I accidentally ordered the wrong size fir my daughter, they answered me right away and also worked with me with a discount fir a new smaller size with a nice discount, so my 11 year old autistic daughter could get her own Steven Universe varsity jacket, and when I received the jacket I didn't have high expectations fir the quality, but I was BLOWN AWAY by how nice it was and such great quality way to go NY JACKETS I will most definitely use you guys in the future anytime I want a beautiful made great quality jacket for a very reasonable price thanks for making my babygirl birthday very special for her!!! I would give 10 stars if I could

I bought the Squid Games blue and green jacket and when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised over the quality. Very well made! It is true to size with the sizing and the colors were accurate. I will order from NY Jacket again and highly recommend.

Customer Service was phenomenal, I was able to keep in contact with Elisha and get updates throughout the process. Even with the supply chain issues going on around the world I was still able to get my US Ryder Cup Hoodie in a very reasonable time frame. The sweater/hoodie fits great and is very comfortable. Would buy from again.
