If I could give less than this one star I would . What a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a jacket and they offer fast free shipping , took from 12th Oct to 26th Oct for it to arrive . Material poor quality not as described and a totally different colour to the one in the picture . Asking to return the item they give you 4 options . Number 1 is you can post it back to the company in china costing you £20-£25 in postage , I only paid £36 for the jacket 😂 you can have 50% store credit or you can keep the jacket and pay an extra £15 for another colour . I actually can’t remember the 4th option but it was no better than the other 3 . They say 30 day money back guarantee bug after paying the postage to china all I would get is between £11 and £16 refund . I was taken in by the fact they advertise as London which in fact they are not . Total scam in my opinion , I would stay well clear of this company and many like them that advertise in the same way . It’s made me realise before buying I need to check everything out before parting with my money . I don’t have money to just throw away like this but feel this jacket is only fit for the bin in my opinion .

Ordered a size L sweater, what I received was very small for a size L. I emailed them for advice and was told that the shipping charges for a return is equivalent to the refund. If I pay another £10 they would send me a 2xL and I can give the small one to a charity shop. I've just received the 2xL which is exactly the same size as the first one. Here we go again......

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their products are shipped from China despite all their efforts to describe themselves as a UK company. Like other reviewers here, the product I received was far from the product described on their website and it took four weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund and they did the usual spiel: "25% refund" if I kept the item or pay £25 - £30 to post back and wait for a refund when the item was originally £33. This is not acceptable and I told them so, quoting the "Consumer Rights Act 2015". Surprisingly, I had a email the very same day saying they had refunded me in full which landed in my account two days later. Result! They didn't even ask for the item to be returned. The local charity shop wil be getting a donation very soon but to be honest the garment is so poor, I wouldn't give money for it. The lesson here is: Do your research before ordering from any company and certainly do not order from Oak and Ivy Fashion. They are well dodgy and they need shutting down.

This company is very dodgy. My experience was much the same as others have reported. I ordered a jacket with a certain logo because I had that same jacket and it fitted perfectly and loved it. Well the jacket I received was not the same as the one on their website. It was a cheaper version and had no logo, different colours in sections and above all didn't fit. I messaged them to complain and was offered either return it for something else or 25% refund. At no point did they offer a return for refund option despite it being in bold letters on their website. I said I wanted to return it for a refund as per my consumer rights. I was then told it would cost £25 to return it as it needs to be returned to China, this £25 never came up when they offered a return for exchange, strange! When I pointed out there was a UK return address on the postage label I was told this was a hub and not a return address, very very dodgy indeed! In all their emails they kept repeating how they take consumer law very seriously, THEY DO NOT!! In the end I got so bored with constant emails back and forth I settled for a 35% partial refund on a jacket that doesn't fit and so will never wear. What a joke. Don't buy here. They pretend to be a UK based company but they dropship their products from China - I mentioned this to them as I bought thinking they were UK made. Upon arrival, i requested a return but was told I had to ship them back to China, so have had to bring this to my payment provider over deceptive sale in trading laws. They may have offered a partial refund, but that was only 15% compared to what I paid for the order, and I didn't want a chinese product, but a UK made one. Know what you're getting into before you buy.

As others have found the ordered item was not as described (it wasn't wool) and upon requesting a refund a 35% discount was offered. Responses to emails, etc are very slow or non-existent. They did eventually after 2 weeks and much chasing refund the purchase. I would recommend that you think carefully before using this company. The customer service and returns process both need serious improvement.

This is a scam company based in China. The goods delivered bear no relation to the ones ordered. They offer a full refund within 30 days, only drawback is they refuse to give you the return address and say it will cost circa £35 to return. Avoid at all costs.

I would have given a zero review if I could. I bought a woolen shirt. It was late, came from China, the material ckearky wasn't wool, and there were no labels and no button holes. That's right, no button holes.

The company told me that the shirt was "as advertised". Appalling.

This company will scam you out of your money, the product I received was so poor I wouldn't even give it away.

Product came from China, very long delivery to the point I was about to report as a scam. Shoes ordered were low quality and sized very small.

My daughter now has a pair of boots but I doubt they will last long. She is 2 sizes smaller than me.

When I originally checked trustpilot the reviews were positive. These were all written in July. Now all reviews are negative. It looks like there was a clear plan to manipulate the reviews.

I bought an HH jacket from this website, but they sent me a fake product with no tags, just the same color. I requested return, but they replied that they are happy to offer 35% discount if i keep it, and wrote in bold font that return is going to cost me £25. I then exercised my rights, and finally managed to get my full refund. I am not recommending this business and will definitely not buy again.

This company are complete scam artists! There clothes ship from China.

I ordered a dark brown coat from there website was waiting ages for it to turn up and when it did it was bright orange with loose threads everywhere! A totally different coat it cost me £120 and they are refusing my money back so I am now in the process of reporting them for fraud through my bank. Avoid at all costs

I contacted them to arrange return and refund and was told you can receive 35% partial refund and keep item or return to Asia at own cost with typical amount of £20-£25 . There is a warehouse in London , UK.

Nothing in website or Refund and Return Policy states that refund is only partial.
Have challenged them but still not refunding in full.
Have reported them to Consumer Ombudsman and contacted a well known UK TV programme about issues arisen.

The boots that came were too small- the sizing guides on the website were inaccurate. When I was trying to return them the company took a very long time to get back to me which is very annoying and was not within 24 hours which they promised. They also did not follow the returns policy on their website. They are making me pay for the exchange. Terrible service. Takes days for them to respond to my response to their email. Would NOT recommend this company.

Overall, I had a great experience. The delivery was fast, the ordering process was smooth, and everything arrived as expected
