Excellent customer service. Spoke with Steve who understood what we wanted.
Lovely quality furniture with excellent communication throughout. Thank you.

The furniture is very well made. They give you time to decide about what works for you. Also they delivered on time. They also put the furniture in place in our home.

The usual great service. Local independent trader who nothing is too much bother to do. Staff are very friendly and it is nice when you go back to be remembered. Will do bespoke items if what you want is not available. Can highly recommend for good quality furniture.

We wanted a TV table with drawers that was wider than normal, at 1.2m The furniture in the showroom was all a lovely quality, and Liam was very helpful and made the piece to the dimensions we wanted. We are very pleased with the result, and would definately recommend.

Recommend highly from start to finish.. Liam listened to my request, we discussed and the final product is amazing! So pleased with my purchase the end product quality is fantastic, they kept in contact keeping me well updated, delivered and setup in my office space at home in no time at home! He even found me a spice rack the sizes I have been looking for, for over ten years! Brilliant team! Well done 👍

I recently ordered a new desk from Oakay and it arrived this weekend. I can only describe it as absolutely stunning. It is exactly what I expected it to look like, built to an exceptionally high standard and very good value for money. Delivery was also exceptional, effortlessly delivering a heavy item as if it was no trouble at all.

I fully recommend this company and we will be using them again.

Set of 2+2 drawers for the bedroom. A little pricey but worth it. Very nice product, very well made, beautifully finished, efficiently and carefully delivered quicker than advertised. Quick response to my enquiry from Steve and from the office for payment. Very happy returning customer.

Great furniture business. We have bought quite a few pieces from Oakay Direct now, all top quality and Steven is always helpful in finding what you are after, if it is not something that is already on display in the showroom. So much choice; and options to make things bespoke and personal. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, with amazing quality wood furniture. So helpful, professional and friendly. Started by getting a custom made bed from them, we were so happy with it that now most of our house’s furniture is from Oakay. Staff are really knowledgeable and advise you on what is best for your needs.
