My first letting property;
Having purchased my first property I wanted the reassurance of an agent that would truly understand and meet my tentative hopes; an agent that would happily sit and discuss the outline I hazily drew - and then to go on and match ( and often surpass) the requirements sought - even envisaged - but essentially also to guide me on the more formal aspects, ones I had slight knowledge of; Oakfield lettings in Hastings did all of this with a brisk, efficient and friendly manner; any obstacles found were professionally dispersed; any hesitation reduced and my confidence grew - which meant that when it came to finding a tenant this was so easily given; I have only praise and recommendation for anyone in the Hastings area, seeking an excellent agent, to call Oakfield and find the sort of ease of mind I did:

She is also great with unique older properties and is proactive about problem solving and finding out if there is something challenging. She work well with tenants and landlords alike, putting in boundaries in a professional way when needed. We are very grateful to her.

A breath of fresh air – highly recommend.
I was initially nervous about appointing a managing agent for our small block of flats in Eastbourne, but Hannah at Oakfield has been an absolute breath of fresh air!
She's professional, patient and incredibly helpful, with excellent communication throughout. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and it's such a relief knowing everything is in capable hands.
Worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hannah and the team at Oakfield!

An Outstanding Experience with Kira at Oakfield!
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Kira for all her help, kindness, and support throughout our property journey.
From the very first day Kira showed us the property, our whole family fell in love with it. We knew it was the home our hearts were set upon, but little did we know that the journey to securing it would be such an emotional roller coaster!
The referencing process was not easy, and there were moments when we felt discouraged and almost ready to give up. However, Kira was always there to encourage us, cheer us up, guide us through every step, and do her very best to help us. She communicated with the landlord on our behalf, kept us updated with both good news and disappointing news, and remained supportive throughout the entire process.

Effective communication with swift results!
