Oasisdentalcare Avis 

I have been with them as an NHS patient on pay and go. The cost is extortionate. £95 for a check up that will take 10 minutes, and that’s before treatment. It’s a shame that this is what it has come to, profit over HEALTH. (to clarify this isn’t based on a recent appointment but I have no reason to stick with them after many years)

ROSS-ON -WYE dentist now have NO NHS dentist, we have as a family with young adults been put on hold. Still waiting for a NHS, could be waiting a long time they have informed us. The charge now for over 18 years is £86 for a 10 min check up. It seems we are in a class divide system at Oasis where the more well off in our community can afford a treatment and the poorer community cannot afford to go to our local dentist at Oasis.
PLEASE Oasis in Ross bring in some NHS QUALIFIED and experienced team.

Absolutely terrible service. Waiting 40 mins watched everyone go in to find out receptionist never booked our toddler in properly. So we now have to wait even tho were already there. He's not been seen in over a year and a half. Disgrace. I wonder hot people get there jobs

Time wasters. They constantly cancel your appointment, usually last minute too. The dentist is always "sick" will he finding a new dentist to go to

I only go to dentists when required as bad experience when i was a child ..my experiences at Keswick branch have only been a PLEASURE as staff are friendly and very professional and the actual Dentists are brilliant , called today and Abigail on reception was pleasant and Tobias was a gentleman and did a good job .. well done .. It used to be a good dentist. Was left with a broken tooth with them they fobbed me off for days even thow I was registered there, ended up at another dentist .Had a infection in my mouth which could of been avoided.i would go else were at least you would get in.I am putting a formal complainet in to nhs.There say they care for nhs and private patients but since they have taken over names to bupa they didn't want to know with me and keeped saying phone 111 up.Absolute disgrace ,they will be happy now have a top dentist know that treats both and they get u in.Disgracefull practice never going back.

Registered two weeks ago and was told to call back to book my first appointment- called back today and was told it was 3-6 months to get an appointment- what a joke and two weeks wasted when I could have gone somewhere else - shambles

I was registered with Oasis in Barrow-In-Furness.

While the support staffs were great, the dentist was not. He was harsh and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I don't have any issue with the treatment but the behaviour certainly put me and my family off, an now we are happily registered elsewhere (mydentist @ dalton).

Very disappointed with Oasis Dental Care. After moving to this one after poor and neglectful treatment in the Crosby Oasis Dental I was hopeful this dentist seem friendly enough. He always seem to be out the door before I'd even paid my bill but he calmed as a nervous patient. I went last week and was disappointed with the attitude of the dental hygienist and I couldn't receive treatment because the x-ray machine was broken. They had advised they would call me when fixed, a week later and I am still waiting on that call. I saw a new dentist in a different practice today who advised me I have gum disease causing me problems yet the Oasis dentist looked at the same teeth and could not pick up on this. I am now looking at some costly procedures which I worry may have not been required if I had been treated or advised correctly.

6 years ago I was neglected by the crosby practice as they thought I was a difficult patient because of my nerves. They referred me for a filling but the paperwork was lost and 3 months later I came back in pain and they advised I would need the tooth removed. I was 23 and it was near the front so I was devastated they were advising that was the only option. I went private and they gave me a root canal instead which cost me £800. All because she wouldn't give me a filling.
These people are in charge of peoples health and should be ashamed of themselves.

Oasis Dental in Newport is the worst practice I have ever attended, seen or heard about

There is NO care – not even the pretence of care!

Oasis Dental (Kensington Court Dental is their trading name) were brutal with my husband. He was:
• Screaming and shouting in pain
• Blood EVERYWHERE!!
• Not enough anaesthetic
• Not enough drugs for aftercare – NO aftercare

He was clearly in a state of shock after – at that point they asked him questions of their satisfaction survey. What kind of practice thinks this is all OK? The satisfaction figures you see on their website are complete rubbish. Who can answer truthfully if they have JUST had a traumatic experience????

We tried to talk to them afterwards but most of our letters were ignored by the partners. I think we sent ten in all.

This is a horrid, uncaring dentist. Kensington Court Dental and Oasis Dental should be ashamed.

Used to love this dentists when the dentist that left to be a vicar was there. Seems like they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. Had a filling done a year ago it fell out for no reason at all so i went back the female dentist was chuntering on about how she always has to fix everyone elses work.. then 2 weeks later her one fell out. Also after doing the filing she informed me i should get a crown done, surely she should of discussed my options before hand and not just do a bodge 5 minute job. Never going back again. Waste of money. This was at the newport shropshire branch.

I have had a few bad experiences with the practice I attend and have also witnessed how they have treat other customers. I think they operate a two tier level of service, one for private patients and one for their private patients. I found the reception staff very unhelpful and rude at times.

I also attended with a loose crown for it refitting but on arrival the dentist looked at it and said, just leave it until if falls out. I was told they could not do the treatment as the receptionist had booked the wrong type of appointment for me. I was absolutely disgusted as I had traveled a long way to get there.

The next day the crown came off and so back again I went for it sticking back on.

I have had recent issue over my Sons treatment which I am absolutely disgusted with and will be putting a formal complaint into the NHS about it.

Awful atmosphere, awful service and not great treatment.

I have used used the Guildford practice for over 15 years, always been great, they do what is needed but not a lot of extra work, great dentist.

I had to find a new dentist after becoming disabled and went through a couple of different practices, until I found oasis dental (mill st, Sutton Coldfield) they go out of their way to be helpful, always having a downstairs surgery free. My dentist Mr Shafi gives a great deal of care , the whole practice staff are friendly and happy, always greeted by smiles.
