The basic functionality is great. The reporting and data export need some refining to give confidence that people aren't getting repeat-messaged or missed off from follow up campaigns

It's good but I was dissapointed I didnt get the features I thought I would get for my investment, as the product description didn't make it clear

LInkedIn connections request automation process was so simplified, it saves tons of time.

I am impressed by the possibilities.
Can't wait to invite all my contacts to an upcoming masterclass in a few clicks.

I already reported some difficulties before closing the plan for 1 month, but I also suggested some improvements such as:

When we go to the messages field, I select the CRM and then select the contacts and the platform checks which contacts have already received the message, showing “duplicate message” but I select 100 contacts and we spend more than 18 hours to process these contacts, and to send only 6 messages, because the robot goes through several contacts, with duplicate messages and impacts only 6 contacts in a period of 16 hours.... I don't know if I'm doing it right but it doesn't make sense all this time to impact only 6 contacts....

If you had the possibility to select, excluding those already sent, making it go directly to non-impacted contacts, we would save A LOT of time.

Would it be possible?

Great app, a lot of cool features!!!

I started using Octopus CRM Advanced plan a few weeks ago. Ordering, making payment, and installing the Google Chrome extension was easy.

After watching the video tutorials I was able to start searching for ideal LinkedIn profiles for my business with Sales Navigator and send them to Octopus CRM where I started using Octopus CRM for visiting the profiles first. I've been using LinkedIn Sales Navigator before so that helped me understand the integration between Sales Navigator and Octopus CRM more quickly.

I noticed that many people paid a visit to my profile soon after I had visited their profiles. Most of them are active LinkedIn users so it made sense to send an invitation to connect to them manually as soon as possible so that they still remember visiting my profile.

I recommend visiting 2nd level profiles first since the likelihood of them visiting your profile is higher than 3rd level profiles. And when you connect with new people the number of your 2nd level profiles will increase fast.

Next I started sending invitations to connect to 2nd level profiles and many people accepted my invitation. As soon as I reached my weekly maximum number of invitations Octopus CRM stopped sending invitations automatically and showed a notification. After a few days I was able to continue sending more invitations. Connecting with other people is easy as long as you follow the guidelines of Octopus CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

I haven't used Octopus CRM for sending automated messages or endorsing people so no comments for now.

I have a plan to upgrade to Unlimited plan later and integrate Octopus CRM with HubSpot CRM so that I can send my new LinkedIn contacts to my company's contact register and start email conversations with my contacts. The integration seems to be quite simple, but I haven't tried it yet so no more comments for now.

Five stars, because everything works as promised and I've been able to connect with my ideal LinkedIn profiles and generate already a few leads.

Linkedin has spotted using Octopus CRM and has locked me out of my account for a couple of days. Disappointing after paying for the whole package.

Unbelievable tool to help with LinkedIn automation. I was sold from the first day of trial and got our entire sales team to use it.

Proactive intuitive personal and very good support

No refund, siit software. Too many stepes to take to set up funnel. Bad customer support. Do not use it, find better soft.

Easy to use and got a high rate of leads.

Even if the tool is straightforward to use, I recommend viewing the short but instructive information videos to work on the processes in the correct order.

It's a nice addon to Linkedin, works well, saves us a lot of time. Customer service is good. Well-designed product. I recommend it.

It seemed like a good system in theory but I opted for the unlimited version solely for the connect by email function to bypass the weekly limit set by LinkedIn only to be disappointed as I'm now on day 2 of using Octopus and the connect by email service is not working. I have sent several messages to support on the website as well as emails, its now 7 hours later and have had zero response from support. I'm very disappointed in the unlimited version and in the customer service.

The next day:

Support finally got back to me, I sent the a screen recording of my issue with connect by email only for them to tell me "The Octopus Unlimited plan allows sending up to 200 connection requests weekly (common requests and/or invites by email)" this is not what is advertised at all. They advertise 500 invites per week & that was the sole reason why I got the unlimited package. I am very disappointed in Octopus and quite frankly I want my money back.

It's imperative to recognize that utilizing the OctopusCRM tool can have detrimental effects on your LinkedIn account. The user interface may not sufficiently communicate the potential hazards of automation tools, which can result in your account being restricted or banned. LinkedIn imposes strict limitations and leverages AI bots to monitor user behavior and eliminate any content that violates their Community Policies or User Agreement guidelines. Despite OctopusCRM's claims of secure message intervals, our legal team discovered that the tool sends an excessive number of messages at once, rendering it easily detectable by LinkedIn. We have notified the FTC in the US and SARs in the UK of OctopusCRM's practices and have already commenced submitting evidence to LinkedIn's Audit team.

Fantastic system that automated the use of LinkedIn saving me a huge amount of time and reaching hundreds of next connections and new potential leads.

I'd say Octopus CRM is an absolute game-changer if you want to expand your reach on LinkedIn. I used to max out at connecting with 50-60 new prospects per week doing manual outreach. With Octopus automating my efforts, I've been able to connect with over 500 new prospects per week without hardly lifting a finger!

Yeah, color me impressed. Octopus just made it to the top of my favorite sales tools list. I'd recommend any LinkedIn user check it out if you're looking to simplify outreach and scale up your pipeline. This tool is a total home run in my book!
