Очень рад тому, что у меня состоялось прекрасное путешествие по Индийским Гималаям: долины Занскар и Суру, Ладакх (включая Лех, долину Реки Нубру, Дискит, Пангог-цо, Ханле, многие перевалы и конечно же Умлинг-ла), Лех -манальское шоссе, и конечно же красоты Манали и его окрестностей! За это - огромное спасибо компании "Offhorizon Adventure" и лично Рахул Такур!
We just completed the 11 day Ladakh tour with Offhorizon Adventures. They really did exceed our expectations. The bikes were well maintained, communication was good, accommodation choices were good and the team were a bunch of really great guys who were professional yet a lot of fun. Their hospitality was next level. The food was actually an unexpected highlight. We were concerned it could be a bit too spicey for us Aussies, though there were often many other choices. These guys obviously know the region well and with the tour direction starting at Manali it gave us time to slowly acclimatise to the altitude as we climbed higher. The riding is a good mix of sealed roads and off roads. Our guide set an appropriate pace for us, fast enough to be enjoyable, though not too fast to miss the scenery or encroach on safety. There was enough spare time for an extra rest if needed along the way or you do one of the options like climbing to an ancient monastery or camel ride like we did. The team photographer captured some awesome shots and footage. We were concerned about sending $AUD directly to an Indian company over the internet, though with Offhorizon Adventures there is no need for concern. I would recommend them to anyone.
What can I say about Offhorizon Adventures? Wow such an amazing operation and group of the nicest and friendliest people who can't ever so enough to help you. From the 1st enquiry to finishing the trip they were just the best. Their knowledge of the local areas and customs is 2nd to none, as is their help with selection of meals. The guide set a good comfortable pace which wasn't too fast and let us take on the stunning mesmerising scenery without running off the road. Safety is very important to Offhorizon Adventures and it shows in the way they conduct their tours. We even had a professional photographer taking photos and videos of us so they can make a documentary of our own personal trip. I'm sure that's not something you get anywhere else. No need to worry about the bad reputation of India as all the people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and the team at Offhorizon Adventures run a top class operation and can't do enough to help you. I will be going back for more adventures with them as now I feel like I've made some great friends. Don't waste to your time or money going with any other company just go to Offhorizon Adventures. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
Completing a 1,200 km motorcycle trip in just 10 days requires an amazing support system, and Offhorizon Adventures delivered exactly that.
From the day-zero briefing in Manali to the final team dinner and memento presentation, everything was top-notch. Surya’s itinerary planning was brilliant, while Rahul and Pavan confidently led from the front, ensuring all six of us adapted to the new bikes safely.
On the very first day, I managed to overheat my bike, but Monu bhai, our crew mechanic, handled the situation effortlessly and got me back on the road without any stress. He truly is a wizard of a mechanic!
What made the trip even more special were the unexpected moments along the way. Playing cricket with the locals in Nako at such a high altitude, together with our crew members, was an absolute highlight and so much fun. These are the kind of experiences that make a trip unforgettable.
Whenever the terrain got challenging, Rahul and Pavan were right there with guidance and a helping hand. The entire crew was supportive, professional, and genuinely made us feel safe throughout the journey.
A fantastic team and an unforgettable Spiti experience. I highly recommend Offhorizon Adventures to anyone looking to conquer Spiti on two wheels. 🏍️🏔️
The folks at Offhorizon are very conscientious in that they take the time to acclimate the riders to the altitude by going on small hikes and excursions to different places. They do a great job of going to places that have natural beauty and/or historical significance.
Even if you ride in the support vehicle as I did, the experience of the mountains is amazing.
I just returned from a motorcycle trip through the Indian Himalayas, and it was truly an experience of a lifetime. The organization was spot on from start to finish. Navigating these mountain passes is no small feat, but everything was handled so professionally that I could just focus on the ride. We were on Royal Enfields, which were the perfect, rugged companions for this terrain.
A massive shoutout to our Captain, Surya. He was absolutely brilliant—extremely knowledgeable, a great leader, and he made sure everyone felt safe and confident on the road. The communication throughout the process was excellent and made the whole trip feel personal and seamless.
You simply cannot find an experience like this anywhere else in the world. If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it!

I’m glad you had such a strong experience riding through the Himalayas. Those routes can be challenging, but that’s exactly what makes them special. Great to hear the Royal Enfields lived up to the terrain and gave you a proper adventure.
