I'm 70 and disabled so probably not…
I'm 70 and disabled so probably not Office Boffins' usual customer but I buy from them where possible because they assemble and install. There's a really excellent local guy who assembles flat packs, but that doesn't sort the first bit, delivery, which is just impossible, large boxes I can't move, standing in my hall making it impossible for me to get in or out, but I have had from OB all perfectly set up and in place an office chair, a really rather elegant filing cabinet and a large white cupboard, which so much simplify my life. Lovely guys just come and do and 40 mins later there's a perfect piece of furniture exactly where wanted. Also i'm sure of the quality, which I shouldn't be elsewhere.

Deliver was a day late

Base of chair had small cut in not really noticeable as long as it does not spread.
However did get a call after leaving my feed back offering to replace seat and apologising about late delivery.
This kind of care is very unusual in todays world so will be using this company again.
If delivery had been offered for 2 days and not next day this would have been a five star review.

Fonz Heavy Duty Posture Chairs - not as described on website - but put right by a great team
Having ordered two Fonz Heavy Duty Posture Chairs from Office Boffins based on the information from their website which stated that these chairs had both Height Adjustable Backrest and Seat Slide functionality, when delivered and built the chair had neither of these functionalities. Having spoken to a member of their sales team on the 08/07/26, who appreciated the issue and assured me that someone would contact me to arrange collection of the mis-sold chairs and help me to identify suitable replacements, as we could obviously not trust the information on their website, eight days later I have still not had any response. Be careful trusting the website product descriptions.
Update - after being initially disappointed, I can now say that I couldn't be happier with the service I have received Office Boffins. They have thanked me for informing them of the errors on their website which have now been corrected, assisted in identifying suitable replacement chairs and exchanged the two Fonz chairs for two ther chairs which are excellent and meet our needs entirely. Overall, they have been responsive and helpful and I would now highly recommend this company to anyone seeking office furniture. Thank you, Office Boffins, for going the extra distance it has truly made all the difference.
