Our team have been trying to contact you via email and phone however we've had no luck yet.
We're sorry that our returns process wasn't what you were expecting. To clarify, we were happy to accept the return of the chair and offered to arrange the collection for you. The only cost involved was the courier's return charge, which would have been deducted from your refund. While we'd love to offer free returns, unfortunately we're not able to absorb those costs.

Incredible service, Emily is awesome.
I bought a chair years ago, 2023. A few months back, somebody had transported it into storage and lost all the screws.
I have it back and contacted Emily yesterday afternoon. This morning I received a delivery of spare parts and in the next 10 minutes I'll have a functional office chair again.
They could have easily and rightly declined, instead they have gone above and beyond.
Incredible service; better start browsing for my next chair.

Ordered small air on, asked for next day delivery. Placed before 9am as required. Waited in following day until late afternoon. Received email detailing refund with no explanation, just a credit note and PayPal notification. Shabby experience would not recommend.

Good Support (even when it was user error :) )
Ordered a chair which came next day. Started building it and was going too well, realised I had no bolts.
Called up the support line and Owen answered, I explained the situation and he apologised straight away then said "they usually put the bolts in" and then it clicked - went back and checked. We got disconnected (my fault) and owen called back (but I was well into my "Bob the builder" phase and missed the call.)
Many thanks to Owen for pointing out my mistake. Would return again just as he wasn't at all odd (as some support can be when things are potentially wrong.)
This time it was my fault. Chair is comfy and solid.

Comfortable chair - excellent customer service.
Comfortable chair. Assembly instructions are primarily in diagram form and positioning of washers is not obvious. There is leeway with the securing of the seat to the back position, though it's not obvious. My first attempt left the sitting area front to back too short. Maybe a YouTube video of the assembly would be good. Shortly after assembly I realised that one of the casters was broken. I phoned them and immediately the dispatch of a new set of casters was arranged. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
