Office Chairs UK Avis 

Bought a Herman Miller Verus from Office Chairs UK. Everything went smoothly with the order and delivery. However, the arms on the chair are a little loose, so whenever I put any weight on the arm pads they move about. Even light pressure from your fingertips is enough to make them move. I contacted them, and it's not that the customer service had been bad or unfriendly, it's just a little "non-urgent". Or at least that's how it feels. From my last contact with them, Herman Miller is investigating the problem, but that was nearly two weeks ago. Emailed them yesterday, and currently still waiting for a reply.
Depending on the resolution and the time it takes to resolve, may lead me to adjust my rating. At the moment, that rating looks like it might go to two stars.

Update:
Replacement arms were received a few days later. However, they're exactly the same as the ones they were sent to replace. They still slide about really easily so that you have to readjust them every time you get out of your chair. Annoyingly, the arms have to be fitted using a Torx head torque wrench. Which I had to go and buy specially.

Couldn't be bothered to try again for another replacement set.

I rang Office Chairs to consult on the best chair to buy. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. Furthermore he agreed that the least expensive option I was considering would be the best one for me. This, together with the fact that the chair was a Which Best Buy persuaded me to place an order. Someone rang me a few days later to check that a suggested delivery date was convenient for me. The chair was duly delivered, no assembly necessary. I am delighted with the Chair and with the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I contacted office chairs after I found them online, when looking for competitive pricing. While they don't keep much (of what I wanted) in stock, they gave me a date when my chair would arrive, and it did. Furthermore, the delivery people were lovely. When I needed some help setting up my chair, I called and the gentleman with whom I spoke was very patient and helpful.

Good price and great delivery service.
Only downside is that I didn't get a predicted date of delivery until the driver phoned the night before.

Their web site is designed and laid out. It was easy to navigate through. Their contact number was well visible if you need to call them for any quries - which i had in buying the office chair. They kept you informed throughout the odering abd nanufacturing and delivery dates. The offie chair arrived already assemled and ready to use. The chair lack lumber support but a lot lighter than the previous one I had. The chair has various settings for sitting postures for long usage. Overall a good buy.

I should say that my review was an expression of impatience at being asked, for the second time, to review a product that had not, and has not, been delivered.

I should also say that delivery was expected in late June, so it is not yet late.

Great service. The customer adviser knew his product range very well and the follow up in terms of order and delivery status was spot on. Prices are competitive as well

Terrible - I have not yet receive my chair

The detailed descriptions and dimensions included on the website were very helpful in deciding which chair to go for. So important when I work from home and spend long hours sitting! The delivery was fast and the chair was in perfect condition. It’s great quality and I’m really happy with my purchase and service received.

Great after sales support! Needed a different gas lift for the chair I’d purchased, and they sourced and delivered it free of charge.

This company only got a one star rating because it is not possible to give zero stars.

Customer service is nonexistent, once they have your money they are no longer interested. I sent an email asking to change the delivery day they gave because I couldn't take delivery on that day, my email was ignored and unanswered. I wrote another email complaining about their hopeless customer services and I received a phone call followed by an email with lots of apologies and lots of assurances that my chair would be delivered on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday the following week as I had requested.

After waiting fourteen weeks for my chair I received a phone call to inform me that my chair would be delivered on the day that I couldn't take the delivery after all of the apologies and assurances that this would not happen. The man on the phone was completely unaware that arrangements had been to deliver my chair the following week, but he assured me that he would see to it that my chair would be delivered as arranged.

I have no idea if the chair is any good or not because I have now waited for fifteen weeks and it still hasn't been delivered, my £1,500 is in their bank already so they have little interest in actually sending me my goods that I have already paid for. They're very efficient at taking your money, but everything else not so much efficiency.

My chair finally arrived and it is lovely, better late than never I guess.

A professionally made and well-built product that fits my home-working setup perfectly. The chair I purchased is fully adjustable and comfortable. It also offers additional support for my tall height. For anyone in a hybrid or WFH role, Office Chairs UK delivers the highest quality products and I can't recommend them enough.
