Incorrect chair originally sent but the error was remedied really quickly. Chair is absolutely great, so comfortable. Packaging really good.

Great Customer Service and delivery

Ordered a chair. It arrived as expected

My new chair is comfortable and the order and delivery process went smoothly.

Had an issue with my order, and James & Humanscale were super helpful and sorted me out with a level of service that I didn't expect. Would trust these guys again.

Bought and paid for an office chair on 28th July and was then sent an email saying that it would only arrive on 4th September. I later sent an email asking to cancel the purchase and was charged a £100 cancellation fee. I have checked and this is not legal as I never even received the goods. What a bunch of greedy charlatons. I will be getting my bank to make a charge back.

Excellent chair! But, just as important, great service by Office Chairs UK, great to deal with. A slight delivery issue was immediately sorted out by then so thanks very much. Very highly recommended.

Communication and info on the website could be a bit more detailed, but otherwise a happy customer. Originally contacted to alter the order which was my mistake getting the wrong model, which they were fast in assuring was no problem correcting. Nothing changed on my account or order invoice, but they shipped out the right items told me through email conversation the tracking for it once it shipped. I did have to ask a few times about a refund on the cost difference, but once I got to the right person it was done quickly, and they also helped with advice on how to get the monitor arms set up correctly once we got them. Admittedly some of the negative reviews had me worried so maybe I was a little anxious about it, but with just a little patience and politeness we got there in the end. Packaged with protection and arrived fast once shipped. Quality monitor arms and overall very happy once all done, thank you for putting up with my pestering about it throughout!

Fed EX absolutely ruined the experience for me. But, Office chairs, and their partner company managed to sort everything out for me in under 24 hours, would use them again

Easy Company to deal with, chair arrived on the date it said it would and was well packaged, very happy with the service and the quality of the chair.

The person who dealt with me was helpful and courteous throughout, and arranged delivery of the chair much sooner than I had expected. The price of the chair was very good compared with some of the other suppliers and it was a pleasure doing business with this company.

The chair I ordered did take a month to arrive, but it was delivered fully assembled to the door in the company's own van. They did email ahead of time to confirm date of delivery. 100% recommended, would buy from them again.
