Incorrect chair originally sent but the error was remedied really quickly. Chair is absolutely great, so comfortable. Packaging really good.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
sells poor quality chairs and overcharging customers then when it arrives defective still insists on charging the £25 collection fee for the return when its on their website that a free return is part of the policy of defective items. Scammy company that tries to squeeze every cents possible and try to get out of paying a courier to deliver and save costs notomention a jarring managing director that is confrontational and refuse to take responssibility even when presented with the facts only took raising a dispute with the bank and two months for him to realise his mistake and arrange a collection - what a joke of a company

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
took 3 weeks to come trying to save money on frieght so arranged in house delivery then in the end only arranged with a professional courier as one should when the customer wants to cancel the order. then sends sent me defective chair up and down motor not working properly with scratches. then wouldn’t accept the return unless I get charged the £25 c +vat even though the chair is defective THEIR OWN POLICY SAYS ITS FREE GOR COLLECTION and never once try to implore whats wrong with the chair. Sales director has the AUDACITY TO LEAVE AN AGGRESSIVE VOICEMAIL BEING RUDE AND THREATENING WHEN HE CANT TAKE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUY IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER PRICES OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT GET STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE CHAIR

We take all complaints very seriously. In this instance we initially tried to organise the delivery through our normal courier channel however the courier refused this delivery based on the customers rudeness in their direction when they contacted him. This left us looking at alternative ways to getting the chair to the customer but he could only receive it on a Wednesday or Friday. Once delivered we were informed quickly that the chair was not as the customer expected (no mention initially of any faults or damage). Our policy is that we will happily take the chair back and give the customer a refund but there is a charge of £25+VAT for the collection. We then received a barrage of emails to our Logistics Manager. Once the client realised there was a small collection charge he then said that the chair was damaged. We have not received any evidence of damage. The emails we then received were very confrontational and rude. Sadly we have been spoken to very badly and now we have a negative review as well. We have always maintained that we are very happy to take the chair back in line with our terms and conditions.

Brilliant Service
Excellent easy to use website, with very good aftersales communications and timely delivery. Item arrived extremely well packages, so much so I was like a wee child; more interested in the awesome box than the product itself.
