Been in this chair after my very long days shift ever it since it arrived, exactly as scheduled by a very nice guy bringing me a gift from myself.
My posture improved by the minute and I cannot go to my single bed to go and fall asleep because I need to work hard again tomorrow only because this chair is so incredible, fair I only paid £400 for the most basic Herman Miller on sale they had.

An easy purchase experience, goods sent very quickly, thoroughly invoiced... It's almost a shame nothing went wrong as I'm sure they'd have dealt with it efficiently!
So, basically, very impressed that I have nothing to say.

Very friendly and straightforward service. We chose the chair and paid for it within 20 minutes and it was delivered to our home later that afternoon. And it is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in.

The order process and delivery was great, but unfortunately the battery charge process did not work. This was identified as being due to a fuse problem and a new fuse had to be sent. This is not a great start with a brand new chair!
Fortunately every thing has been fine since.
(This is the second of these chairs I have purchased and as I am disabled they suit my requirements fine, although a bit expensive)

Fantastic chair. Got the height adjustable arms made of p-leather foam. OfficeChairs quickly responded to any questions I had about the chair before I purchased.
