Incorrect chair originally sent but the error was remedied really quickly. Chair is absolutely great, so comfortable. Packaging really good.

Wrong specification delivered, but rectification was painless
The chair was to the wrong specification, with a grey base, not a polished one. We kept the incorrect one while the correct base was ordered and they then came and swapped it, but it took over 7 weeks.

Excellent quality and service
I was looking for a new desk and chair, wasn't too sure who to use and narrowed it down to Office Chairs UK and one other company, once I talked to Office Chairs UK I knew I would order from them. Ordering was easy and delivery was confirmed and they delivered themselves and set the desk up (Herman Miller Ratio).
For some reason the cable management was not delivered at the same time, however, they resolved same day, offered to come and install but I told them to post it as I was happy to install myself.
Excellent service, communication, advice throughout and I highly recommend this company, excellent range of products all which seem very high quality.

I am really pleased with the orthopedic office chair I purchased. It seems to be robust enough for every day use. There are plenty of adjustable features. Ie Arm rests, seat height, back posture, head rest angle etc.
Although a long wait for manufacture, it was worth it.
Office Chairs kept me informed and delivered on time and with due care.

Our courier left a message yesterday just before 6pm on the customers mobile to arrange this collection with some suggested days. We have since received this one star review. We have left a further voice message this morning and await the customers response.
The courier has now collected the chair as arranged with the customer and the refund has been issued.
Herman Miller Officer Chair Exchange
Bought a Herman Miller Officer Chair. On arrival realised I had ordered one with less adjustability than I expected. They promptly arranged an exchange with good communication and quick replies to emails. Happy to recommend.

Underwhelming experience.
Quite expensive. Chair turned out to be much smaller and weaker build than I had expected.
No help from customer care.
Can't recommend the company.

The chair is from the UK manufacturer Senator who supply thousands of these chairs each year and this is the first time we have had any negative comments on it. The chair dimensions are also shown on the product on the website. We have investigated with Customer Care and we do not seem to have any record of any correspondence from you regarding the chair so this is the first we have been made aware of it.
