Incorrect chair originally sent but the error was remedied really quickly. Chair is absolutely great, so comfortable. Packaging really good.

Although the Office Chairs UK answered all my questions with clam professionalism, the damn chair was bloody awful £179 for chair which has worse back support than a chair I got for £2.
Never buying anything from them again.

Worth the wait
I did have to wait a while to receive my office chair after ordering, but am very happy with it now it has arrived. when working I use my chair for up to eight hours a day. It is light but comfortable and the colours I chose go well in my office. I am able to adjust not only the height of the chair but also the arm position and back support. Very comfortable and satisfactory

Great service all round
Great service all round. I was quoted a 4 week delivery estimate as the chair was not held in stock but it end up arriving within 2 weeks. Good quality chair and service, can't ask for more than that.

We are very sorry that we sent a size C Aeron instead of the size B as ordered. As an exchange was not requested we collected the chair for a full refund.

The purchase was straightforward and communication was good. I was advised to expect a delay while stock arrived into the Uk, however in the end delivery took place much earlier, which was great.

This experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. The website provided all the information I needed to choose and purchase a quality office chair online - including clear information about delivery to Northern Ireland. I received regular messages telling me about the order process and the excellent chair arrived within a few days. It was extremely well packaged.
